23 months since we signed contract and still no house not even a completion date given. Unreturned calls, constant excuses, building mistakes, what a nightmare. Just ****** Heartland Homes and read all the negative reviews and articles. We are incredibly disappointed and I will be leaving honest but overall negative reviews. Heartland Homes lack of concern and mismanagement is alarming. How do these people stay in business? Do yourself a favor and choose a different builder unless you got 2 yrs to wait around...Review from Elizabeth P.

This place is a scam!!! Buyer beware, please read the contract carefully, especially section 8. They raised our home price over ******. They tell you the prices are locked in. It has nothing to do with a price increase it has to do with dishonesty so for people saying there can be price increases that is fine but the buyer should be told instead of lying and saying your price is locked so don't speak on something you have no idea about.Review from Richard O

This company is a bunch of liars They tell you what you want to hear until you sign the contract Usually Raise the price by 20% or more After you already sign the contract there is a clause it's insectionate that States they can raise the price whenever whatever they want They said my house would be a ****** then they raise the price by ***** In my Opinion Don't deal with this Scammers And liars They don't even deserve a one star rating
