Save your time and money. Do not book with Aaa. We booked a vacation through Aaa and it was a disaster from start to finish the promises they made they did not keep. The phone number they gave us if we had any issues was useless. Their representative at the resort we stayed at blew us off three times for three separate meetings. All we wanted to do is book an excursion it didn’t happen never ever again. In fact, I canceled my Aaa subscription totally because when we got back there was no one to help no one there cares about you, they just want your money and they get paid well ??

AAA Roadside Service in Florida is a JOKE! They never show up on purpose because then you have to go elsewhere and then they will never answer the phone regarding your submitted reimbursement claim. I called for an RV tire change at 10 p.m. on July 31st, I had to call 4 times and explain to them that an RV is considered medium-duty service and that they kept ordering light-duty contractors to come out. This is in Cocoa Beach on my last day of vacation. Finally one of the contractors with AAA told me they would never send the right size unit to fix my RV and I was better off calling another company and paying for it myself. Finally, after three hours and countless conversations with AAA explaining to them that they keep ordering the wrong size truck service I called another company. It cost me 319.26 and it was handled in 38 minutes from start to finish from the call. When I got home I submitted the reimbursement claim and I waited the required 5-6 weeks to reach out to them. We are now at 10 weeks. The machine always says if you prefer level a message and the next agent will call you I have left 10 messages over the course of 3 weeks. Guess what no one is calling and I am supposed to be the next person they are calling. They never answer the phone, I have left countless messages and stayed on hold for over 3 hours total. I'm thinking about possible legal action possibly. Two takeaways from this if they are so busy no one can answer the phone for the claims department then that means their service does suck and there are lots of claims or there is really no one working and it's a prerecorded message to nowhere either option for them means it's a scam. I have my houses and my cars with them and I am considering leaving them because of this ********.

I booked an apt and even though nonrefundable though it would work out since it was on AAA travel. They said there may be an extra person fee but the room said 3 occupants and that's what we had. We paid 170 for the apt for one night. When they emailed the confirmation. It said additional cost not included in price and will be due at check in. Mandatory Fees and Taxes You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 5.50 per person, per night, up to 7 nights Cleaning fee: EUR 80 per person, per stay I was not aware that the fees would be more than what we paid for the apt to stay. This does not seem legal. When I called AAA, they said they would try to cancel for a full refund. One said they emailed and the hotel would take 48-72 hrs to respond. Another said AAA travel has to submit to an outbound team to call the hotel and it hadn't been done yet even though almost 48hr since I called. Support seems a bit broken at AAA travel.

I told the lady no less than FIVE (5) times that I wanted an AISLE seat, even though my wife wanted a window seat. She indicated she understood. I am too big and broad shouldered for a middle. When we arrived at the plane I found that I was booked tor a middle coming & going. Also, she did not get us the required entry clearance into Aruba or return to the U.S. We had to book this ourself at the counter at the last minute risking missing our flight.

I am writing to you to share my displeasure with AAA! As a member of AAA for more than 17 years, when I purchased a home in Florida, I thought it fitting to get a quote for homeowners and car insurance from AAA. I had no problems with AAA to this point, and purchased insurance through them for both my home and car in 2020. I received an email from my agent in May 2022, and I called her back and left a message. On my third try , as a part of her voice mail it gave another number in which to call. And I did, and left a message for him. He called me back today to say that my homeowners insurance had been cancelled as of August 26, 2022. He said a letter was sent from corporate which I never received. He told me that because of miss management with roofing companies and clients, and because of scams, which I had no part of, I was cancelled. And because of the age of my roof, not the condition. He said that there were other insurance companies out there that would take me. This left me no choice but to cancel the remaining policies and memberships with AAA for good! AAA lost a loyal paying customer!

Extremely poor service. Does not have internet actions, only paper and phone. Tried calling 5 times with hold time waiting of 37 min to 65 min before answering. Took 4 months to pay out $14,625.00 on my accident . I deposited check at Bank of America atm but check not processed because AAA Travel made check out to my name AND the city name where I live as the payee. Per Amber, "that's just how computer is set up and can't be changed ". Bank can call them or I can put stop pmt on check and wait another 4 weeks for payment. No bank is going to wait 65 min on line to discuss on my behalf. I highly suggest using another travel insurance company.
