Scammers and thieves, they charged my account and refuse to refund my money unless I drive from Tampa to Orlando to request a refund for services not provided, i have to drive 2.5 miles to get a refund to my card that was processed electronically, I find this to be predatory and misleading.

Privacy Violation - Housekeeping came into our room while I was in the bathroom getting ready without permission. The housekeeper saw my husband leaving the room with some of our stuff and decided to come into our room thinking that we were gone. I was in the bathroom getting ready, using a hair dryer getting dressed and WOULD NOT have heard any knock on the door, i came around the corner and saw the door open and the housekeeper in our room. NOT HAPPY! We even had the DO NOT Disturb sign still on our door and we had NOT checked out yet. When I said something to the housekeeper, they spoke in Spanish and I could not understand him, so I yelled at him to get out. This is America, we need English speaking people if they are going to barge into a room without permission. I feel EXTREMELY violated and WILL not come back to that resort again because of this. How many other times has he come into our room when we weren't there???? With all of our stuff there??? I complained to the front desk and was told that day I would receive a call back with a resolution, never heard back. I sent another message two days after we checked out, was told again I would hear back and still HAVE NOT heard anything back on my compliant, almost a week later. I want a resolution!

Wyndham preyed on us at Bonnett Creek. They met us at the door saying we needed to register for update meeting. We had some questions anyway because we didn't even want to go to Bonnett Creek. We just couldn't get availability anywhere else. What we were told was an update meeting was just to get us at the table. They quickly turned into a high-pressure and grueling sales pitch! My 80-year-old mother was with us and she was very tired. They kept going and going until we relented to them just cause we wanted to get out of there. They made it sound urgent that we upgrade as our previous ownership was completely worthless and a mistake to buy. We trusted them and we sorely regret it. Every timeshare purchase is a mistake. Don't fall for this scam! We have been trying to get out of this ever since and Wyndham just doesn't care.

Horrible timeshare owner experience. My wife and I have been owners for over ten years. We have traveled to Wyndham locations no less than 25 times over that ten years. The most dissatisfying aspect of the ownership is the constant pressure and harassment with high pressure sales tactics to purchase more ownership. We have fallen prey to these high pressure tactics over the years, and increased our level of ownership several times. Our initial investment was approximately $20K. We now have invested up to $140K. In addition to current monthly maintenance fees of over $600. The Wyndham high pressure sales tactics and gimmicks must be illegal or fraud. If not, they should be. At each of our 25+ vacations, we were forced to sign up for 'updates' with credit card deposits to insure our presence. Once there, skilled salespeople would inform you as to how your current level of ownership is no longer optimal. The only way to to optimize your ownership is to purchase more ownership. Tactics are used to not give you access keys to your unit or parking passes until you sign up for an ''update'. If you refuse, the interchange becomes confrontational, as if you (the customer) is the problem. When you simply want to start your vacation. Something should be done. This is corrupt. I am embarrassed to tell this story and say that I am Platinum Owner. It only designated that we have been gullible to theses high pressure timeshare sales tactics. We are simply tired of this illegal racket!
