Grant Bae charged me over $6k for guaranteed returns of over $100k in grant written funding for my logistics company. To this day I have not gotten a penny, call back, or refund. She is a scam artist, and since I paid with debit card it is looking like a total loss.Initial Complaint

On May 27, 2021, I signed a contract with Grantbae for the $25,000 package, which cost me $1,389.89. I spoke with a woman (I don’t recall her name) a couple of times by phone to ask questions and obtain clarification about a few things. Everything appeared legit based on the information she gave me (grants coming from several grant sources, a guarantee of funds or I receive a refund, how long Grantbae has been in business, social media presence, and that Grantbae exists to help minority small businesses). The contract stated that I will receive grants in the amount of $25,000 and that this I am “guaranteed 4 Grants in a calendar year with a money back guarantee for your service fee.” I was also told that Grantbae will apply for several grants on my behalf and for me to expect more than one grant. I was informed that I would receive an email letting me know I received grants and I would accept the grants and then the funding begins. Grantbae would also invoice me for 3% of the grant amount. I received an email in September 2021 stating I received a grant and I accepted the grant. I received another 2 emails that aid received grants in November 2021 and I accepted those grants as well. In January 2022, I had not received any grants and I called Grantbae. I received a text asking me to schedule an appointment to review my complaint. I scheduled an appointment. On the appointment date, I called the number I had and received a busy signal. I received a text within minutes of my phone call that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours before calling again and received no answer. I received another text stating that I needed to make an appointment. I made another appointment and the same thing happened again. I made a 3rd appointment and again the same thing. May 2022 came and went and I have not received any money or heard from Grantbae. I also reached out by email many times and have not heard back. I am requesting a refund.Initial Complaint

On June 28th 2021, I paid grant bae $4064.93 for services promising to find me a grant for my catering business. I was told that if no funds were granted within a year that a full refund would be issued. I called and emailed several times them with no replies. I recently found out that this company is not legit. Please help me get my money back.Initial Complaint

On 5/29/21 I started with GrantBae for grant writing. She promised $100K I paid $4,064.93. She guarantees refund after a year. I requested one after 3 months and she wouldn't. It has now been the complete year and I have received no grants nor my refund.Initial Complaint

I requested a refund from this company over a year ago!! I have been told on several occasions that my refund would be added back to my c card but I have yet to get anything more than dial tones, lies, and more empty promises!! This company is a fraudulent business that prey on minority businesses by promising them fake grant awards!! Even when filing claims against this lady, ********* ******* ********* ****s (she have several last names) many have turned a blind eye to her crimes! Celebrities and Influencers ongoingly promote this lady even after her scams are constantly exposed!! I really think this operation is much bigger than what meets the eye!!! ********* may be the face of it, but I think there are definitely bigger hands in this pot!!Initial Complaint

May of 2021 I signed a contract with “Grant Bae” with the guarantee to receive grant funding for my business. I received emails throughout the year stating that I had funding but never received any funds.I emailed and did get a response a couple times in the beginning. As time passed I wasn’t able to get in contact anyone from “Grant Bae”!! The phone number is no longer in service & she hasn’t responded to my DM’s. A reputable person recommended this company with the intentions to help small minority businesses. I want my initial payment refunded. The contract states that if no funding is received within 1 year my company is guaranteed a refund. I’m requesting my money be refunded immediately.Initial Complaint

The woman Treashonna Graham. Who goes by Shonna Lee Williams is taking money from customers claiming a guarantee of getting business grants for you or she will give your money back. A whole year has gone by and customers haven’t received any grants and they will not respond to you at all. A google search of her real name. “Treashonna Graham” shows several mugshots where while she was running this fake business. She’s on probation for grant theft. This woman has not stopped her criminal activity at all. She has even done YouTube videos with celebrities helping her make her claims probably totally unaware that she’s a criminal taking advantage of people.Initial Complaint

The date of the transaction was 03/02/2021 in the amount of 2,138.93. We never received services we were given a fraudulent portal to log into and given fraudulent emails stating we would be receiving grants. After several months past with no grants and no action on our account we request a refund. When we tried to reach out via email no one responded and when we tried to call the phone was disconnected. We were invited to a zoom (hosted by grant Bae) Treshonna Williams and asked not to dispute charges because “it would take longer to get a grant” we asked for a refund and was hung up on. The zoom was disconnected and we were never able to get back in contact. We reported the transaction as fraudulent with our bank account but have no receive our money back. We are request our money back in full and will be filing a police report.
