Back in May we order a mobile home. It was delivered July 22, put together August 10, and moved in October 2nd. On august 10th we knew the floor was not correct as in where the house joins together and noted it with the mobile home place as well as the manufacturer (Townhomes LLC. Located in lake city fl) they have came out 4 or 5 times as of today November 6. The floor is still uneven. We know and they know what needs to be done to fix it but they are giving us the same song and dance every other 2 weeks and not wanting to do the job to fix it. Here we are 2 weeks from thanksgiving, 6 weeks from Christmas and 14 weeks from being home our first child! We have stressed and called everyday to have someone out and fix the issues but it still is NOT happening. We have been very respectful, polite, and cordial but we have had it up to here with it.. The pictures submitted is from September 19th the 3rd attempt. If you need more photos as to what it looks like now please let me know.Customer response

My mother, *** ******** and I Ordered my home in October of 2020 it was almost finished in July 2021 I moved in July 4. I noticed a few things not finished which I called first coast about. We also called the owner at least 3 or 4 times. They said the center divide piece was on back order because of Covid and they couldn’t tell me how long. So I waited and waited I’ve gone in to their offices repeatedly at least once a month to get this resolved. So I continue to have this hole down the length of my home. No one will give me a straight answer.Business response

Bought a mobile home from them on June 2021 and they told me and affirmed that after set up they will be sending a contractor to finish all cosmetics issues that this house may have after setting it up on my property Long story short, since day one I have being requesting them that the last contractor they sent in didn't fix my dinning room wall, I was not happy with what the prev contractor did, I sent pictures with the terrible job they performed and I haven't received any solution about it and neither about my master bedroom's shower tub.
