Purchased mobile home 2020. Completed service request in designated time noting concerns of soft spots and flooring issues in bathroom. Six months later a maintenance man comes out to "fix" the problem. Was advised the floor was glue settling. Problem worsens. Townhomes notified repeatedly and I was ignored. After multiple attempts and mold taking over my home a service manager comes out and determines that due to an error by TownHomes a slow leak under my master bathtub had been dripping for 2+ years. Was assured that in 6-8 weeks it would be fixed. The repairs would take 2-3 days maximum. The floors, insulation, wall, and other areas were rotten due to the water damage. The area included my master bathroom to my laundry room. That was in March 2023. May 30th 2 subcontractors began working on my home. Advised it is a two week job. Putting in approximately 3 hours of work a day, they finished June 6th. I was in disbelief when I looked at their finished product. My home is further damaged. Aside from the poor craftsmanship, the sawcut and sanded in my home for 4 days without covering appliances etc next to my return air vent. Please see photos for reference. Townhomes has caused more pain suffering and now when I thought my home would be right its all wrong. The photos are a select few of at least 30 taken. I also have videos.
