      ********* Moore Kia ******** deception and are extremely dishonest. Beware if you do business with them. Read all reviews. Do not buy a car from this dealership.

      !!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!This review will be lengthy but if I can help another family out, I want to ensure no one else is scammed into a deal that truly only lines the pockets of the car dealership. My husband and I bought a car from ROUNTREE *** in *********, ** on February 3, ****. My husband and I had looked over the reviews and they seemed promising, so we drove the hour to go check them out. We initially went for a Chrysler Pacifica van to upgrade in size because we were expecting. The process starting out was smooth and after the first round of paperwork to see if we could get approved for the van, we went out to look around. After a short while we learned that we didnt qualify for the van, but they had another car, a Kia ******** SUV that we did qualify for if we wanted to check it out. Still having some optimism, we told them that would be great, and they brought the car around for us. Now off the bat the car had not been detailed. There were stains, dirt, dust, peeled paint, and peeling rims throughout the car. Weve had our fair share of beaters so we werent deterred by the cosmetic issues, we did a look over first and it was at this time that our salesman, ****, told us the car came with a lifetime powertrain warranty. Im no car expert, but my husband knows his way around vehicles and that piqued his interest. It was a selling point we couldnt pass up.       Good morning, We have tried reaching out to the guest on multiple occasions referring to this warranty concern. We have yet to get a call or email back to give the ****** family an update. If they could please reach out that would be greatly appreciated. We are willing to help with a service contract coverage and need to be able to get a hold of the customer.

      We brought a car , last only one week now we had to send it to the shop and they don't know exactly what's wrong with it .there code and they said it needs to go to a **** dealership to find out what the problem is

      They like to sneak in addons into the contracts. They will also try to tack on unnecessary fees when you are buying a car.You have to go through a lot of arguing to get your keys back if you want to leave because you are not happy with the "deal" they are trying to get you to sign,

      Rountree Moore Kia has had our *** since August. We have constantly been told one excuse after another. We were just told this past Wednesday our parts were do in that afternoon and once again our car would be ready Monday. Today (Monday) spoke with **** to be told they should be getting our parts in today. One failure after another

      Looking online Rountree-Moore *** posted a 2022 *** ********* SX AWD nightfall prestige package with rear entertainment for $52,675. I called the dealership, spoke with *************************, the Internet Manager explaining to him I was interested in the vehicle, and asked if I could test drive the *********? He said yes, and explained the features to me; nowhere did he mention that the price was increased by over $10,000. I drove over three hours away to check out the *** *********. My sales representative, **** took me on a test drive; I liked the car's feel and was ready to purchase. When we went over the numbers, the vehicle magically went from $52,675 to $78,767.42, including taxes and dealer fees. I was stunned by the exuberant number. The numbers **** showed me did not match what I discussed with ****************. Also, I told **** this price does not match the internet price. After haggling with him, we might have agreed on a price, but he wanted me to sign my name for vehicle payments I said I would be able to make. I had never heard of that before, and I told him I would not sign anything until he brought me new numbers. He told me he could not give me new numbers until I signed the paper, stating this is what I said I would be willing to pay. I refused to sign, noting if there were any questions, please feel free to ask.I am fact-based and cannot commit to this obligation until I view the numbers and see if it works within my price range. He got his manager ************************* where he explained to me legally; they are not allowed to post a price past the ***** Funny, since when I rechecked the website, the *** ********* MSRP was posted at $53,075 and reduced to $52,675. I showed the picture to ****************** and explained this is not the price I discussed over the phone, and I am confused about how the price has jumped to that extreme. I felt targeted; the sales representative tried to take advantage of me as a minority woman, and the General Sales Manager did not quell my fears. I have been to many dealerships, and nowhere has it been stated that they cannot legally post prices over the ***** and no one has ever asked me to sign a document while attempting to negotiate prices. Rountree-Moore *** falsely advertised their 2022 *** ********* SX AWD. I would discourage anyone who is African American from using their services in the future because they will try to take advantage of you, especially females.
