06/06/2024 I had my husband stop at this vape shop as my usual place didn’t have my favorite flavor in stock. He bought 2 Lost **** MO5000 models in the flavor Cherry Lemon. When he arrived home and I opened the package later that evening, I immediately noticed the product looked different from normal and felt cheap. So I went to scan the verification code and it didn’t work. Then I entered the security code on the official lost **** site as well as called them and they said that the product is counterfeit. Upon finding this out it was too late so I decided to call this morning 6/7/24 when the store opened to see if they had changed shipping companies and were aware of the counterfeit. The manager, Heather, was very belligerent and immediately became defensive. She asked where I normally go and basically claimed that I needed to scan their QR code and verify their product before I look at hers. She claimed the products were legitimate and that the ones I usually get are probably counterfeit and that’s why it looks different. She also refused to refund me the money. I have now filed a report with the local police department, and also contacted the **** ** ** and ******** ******** because I’m afraid someone is going to get sick from these. I have photos showing the difference and a bank statement showing the amount I paid and the store name. Please help.
