On March 3, 2022, I contacted SpeedySigns to start the process of getting a sign made for my business. I told them the size of the sign which was 14"H x 20"W. They said they could do the sign. I sent them the logo that needed to be made and they said they would start on the sign. A few days later they stated they would have to use a different software which included redrawing part of logo which I agreed to and they charged me for. They sent me a proof to approve which looked just like my logo, and I approved the proof. I received my sign 2 months later, April 22. The sign was missing symbols, lettering was crooked, and the lines were not clean or sharp. I emailed SpeedySigns with problems with sign and they stated they would redo it and send a new out. A week later April 29, I received another sign with missing words, crooked and uneven lettering. I emailed SpeedySigns again about issues with the sign and asked for a refund since I was not happy with the product. They said they would not refund my money because it was a custom print and asked for the fonts so they could re-type them. I gave them the fonts and asked them to make the sign look like the logo I sent to them. On May 19, I approved a new proof of the sign. On June 27, I emailed SpeedySigns about the status of my sign and they said they were having issues with the lettering being too small. SpeedySigns sent me a proof with the logo enlarged because they could not make a sign to size they said they could. I approved the proof and received my third sign on July 20th. The sign had a missing letter and was to large fit on my truck door. I emailed SpeedySigns with the issue and they said they would reprint it and send it out. On July 30, I received the missing letter to somehow place with the sign. I called SpeedySigns to speak with the president and they said he does not speak to customers. They told me a manager would call me and never did. I would just like a refund of my money.
