We needed an outside light fixture replaced. I had Mister Sparky one time before and had great service. My initially phone call was on a Tuesday, my appointment was set up on the following Friday between 2pm and 6 pm. Well, Friday came Mister Sparky never showed up. I called them. They apologized and asked if they can reschedule for Saturday between 10 am and 1 pm. I accepted. Again they were a no show. This time I asked to speak to the manager in charge. She apologized and rescheduled me for Saturday between 5 pm and 7 pm. She promised me a technician would be there. Eight pm came and no Mister Sparky. I was furious because I could no get anyone back on the phone. They never called or came. I have been trying to call them everyday since and I got a response "Verizon cannot connect. I hired Mister Sparky to completely rewire my home to get it up to code. Work was almost completed in December 2020. The master electrician stated he would be out to replace a dimmer switch that didn't work and to replace something in the outdoor breaker box. He specifically told me my house would not pass inspection. It's now the end of September 2021 and I cannot get anyone at the company to return my calls. I leave message after message and the only ones to call me are the ladies to set up the home inspection. I've told them time and again that electricians need to come out and finish but it's been like talking to a wall. I left an unfavorable review on their website but nothing has happened. I'm at my wits end and would appreciate any help you can give me.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2021/09/29) */ Thank you so much! The electrician came today and finally finished the job and my inspection is scheduled for Monday morning, Oct 4. This would not have happened if you hadn't taken my case. I appreciate you acting so quickly on my behalf.
