I have done business with this company, Jeunesse LLC, (as well as the company who previously offered my product, named Monavie) since 2007. I have had automatic monthly shipments to my house during this whole time, however since 1-26-23, I have been charged for shipments and have not received them. The shipment from 1/26/23 was $164.54, from 2/26 was $164.50, from 3/26 was $164.43, and the shipment scheduled on 4/26 was $164.40, for a total of $657.87. I am assuming that, at this point, I will not receive my shipments. When I was earlier able to talk with a representative, I was told that the company was moving operations from Florida to Texas, which was intended to explain the delay. I would like to know how I can be refunded the money from the company, since I have not received my orders. However, I have not been able to contact them. All correspondence through their "help desk" have been closed without a reply, and the phone numbers that I have for the company are not working. I would appreciate any advice that you can give me so that I can proceed with getting my money back. Thank you! ***** ****Customer response

What a pleasure getting a follow-up e-mail from you! I truly appreciate your assistance with my problem with Jeunesse LLC. I continued to try to contact them via their website and through my log-in. My order summary said that my orders had been shipped. I tried to contact them through their customer service phone numbers. None of them worked at all, and this was the case over a long period of time. I continued to try to access them through their support ticket desk, but that continued to say that my ticket was closed. The only thing that helped me was your intervention. I received an e-mail from them after you contacted them. They indicated that the shipments would be on their way. It took about two weeks, I believe, but finally all four shipments arrived! You are such a wonderful organization!! Thank-you again for your help!!

On December 9th I ordered a package of Juenesse instantly ageless I have not received it to date I called customer service which took me a while to get to a real person who said that she would put it in for me to get a refund I would also like to state that they charged my account twice and they're telling me that I would have to submit proof from my bank account did that actually occurred they are a rip offInitial Complaint

On the 28th of August 2021 i bought the package that contains serum, cleanser and 2 instantly ageless knowing that i paid for them fully $250 of 4000 Egyptian pounds, by the 28th i only got the cleanser and serum and they told me that the instantly ageless is out of stock and we will deliver them to you once they are available, on the 16th of September i decided to return back the products and get a refund within the 30 days and i received the RMA number for order XXXXXXXX and went to the described address to begin with the refund process the next day my account was hacked by my upline who got me to buy this package in the first place to be a local distributer like him( no one had the password except him and my friend who introduced me to him after they started working together ) my up-line named Samer imam after he knew i was getting a refund and my friend is going to lose his commission which is in total $100 ($25 on me and $75 as a promotion he gets after making three deals which i was one of them) he told me i made my friend lose his commission and the next day my whole account info was changed so i couldn't process with the refund process and i contacted the company " jeunesse global " on their email to get my account back and ask for a refund and the whole process took over 2 months and the last thing they said after giving evidence that i am the only account holder and this guy is a fraud and that i needed to get the refund is that i should contact him when the money goes back to his credit card (because i gave him the money in cash and he used his card to make the transaction) and ask him to give me the money and if he refuses i should contact them again, so this has been a really tiring process and i felt no immediate action was being made to refund their customers or this guy and people like him being charged as they should for hacking into people's account of removing them as distributers as they are not fair with them or trustworthy with their money.Business response

Because the main issue was that my up-line himself hacked into my account and as the refunding process was still ongoing the money would have been refunded directly to him and i wouldn't be able to know any details about it or take the money from him so he caused all of this and yet the company still wants to refund the money to him knowing that i sent them proof of the chat between me and the sponsor with evidence that i met the sponsor and gave him the money so that he would give it the up-line and make the transaction by card so that means i am the one who paid for the package and i should receive it in anyway i want even if i desired to change the bank account i should be able to do that it's totally my right and they can not even guarantee that they would be able to refund me the money if the up-line decided not to give it back to me, so i desire that the money gets to be refunded to my own bank account not his as i am the one who oaid for it and i sent them evidence. On Monday, August 2, 2021, I ordered a starter Associate kit from Jeunesse Global. I paid $49 and several cents for the kit and the JOffice website, as well as an additional sum for 3-day delivery by ***. Jeunesse deducted a total of $65.16 from my bank account on August 3, 2021 for this purchase (I have documentation to this effect if anyone needs to see it). My order number was ********* and I was informed the order would ship within 7 to 10 business days. *** subsequently notified by email that my order would arrive in the afternoon of August 6th. The order never arrived. I contacted *** to request email notification upon delivery. The initial tracking indicated the order was shipped, but then no further information was provided. I have not been able to speak with a human being at *** about this matter. The order was apparently redirected or intercepted. The company has previously delivered to Ong, Nebraska. I tried unsuccessfully to obtain the starter kit on 3 occasions.Business response
