01/24 Copier was requiring increased maintenance and it was suggested by Digi Print to upgrade the unit. 02/05 A verbal agreement with *****- keep original terms on the service agreement. It was discussed on the call at length, and via text message, that the payment could not increase. On 2/6/2024, I was presented with a contract for a lease of a new copier with De ********************* ********* Services and a new service agreement with Digi Print. I signed in good faith it was the same (I did not compare previous agreement). On 3/11/24 I received my first statement for the new contract and the bill was higher than expected. I reached out to ***** about the price increase and found that DigiPrint had made a clerical error in our previous contract in 2020. I asked **** Print to honor the portion of the previous agreement of free copies- ***** refused. I asked to speak with management on several occasions from 3/11- 3/20 via phone, text, and email. All requests were ignored. 3/20 Call made to De *********************- unable help. Contract has a no cancellation agreement. I called Digi Print again. ***** answered and told me "management refused to speak with me and all communication went from management to him to the customer. My only option was to cancel service with Digi Print and hire another company."On 3/20 another service company came out to give estimate on agreement. I found out the unit was 5 years old and had over ****** copies made on it prior to me receiving it. NOT NEW. Upon further investigation, I found DigiPrint did the exact same thing with my previous unit. I looked at a billing statement- the copier had over ******* copies made. I signed a 5 year lease for a NEW unit- received an old unit.Digi Print is having customers sign agreements for leases with the impression of getting new units. De ********************* has been made aware of the issue. This is a breach of the lease I signed. TWICE. Also- copies I signed. Don't match bank copies- updated AFTER I sign agreement.
