      JD Insurance helped me tremendously with a non renewal that my previous carrier had issued and I was having trouble getting an agent to help me out in an urgent situation. I called JD Insurance and they quickly took my info down and were very friendly the entire time. They were able to help me find a different company and actually saved me a ton of money as well. I couldn't be happier! thank you to the team over at JD Insurance!

      They send me a letter in the mail to get a quote. I fill out the online form to get contacted. No one contacts me and I end up contacting them. Then, I provide my information and I am told I will receive an email with a quote within two days. No quote arrived. I called three days after that call and was informed someone is scheduled to call me later today. Then, I requested someone to get on the phone to assist me immediately. I was provided more lip service and pushed away with the words, "someone is scheduled to call." If you didn't fulfill on the first promise to provide me a quote within two days, why would I trust you that someone will give me a call. Please do not use this business. They have no respect for your time and do not want business when I am actively attempting to give it to them. After leaving a review on ******, the entire team magically had time to respond to me when they were criticized online and their egos were hurt. On top of this, the owner flagrantly lied about me berating anyone or treating anyone with disrespect. The disrespect occurred when your team did not follow up within the timeframe they provided, and when I requested assistance immediately, they told me again - rudely - I told you someone will call you back later. Since the owner's ego was hurt, he found time to contact me as well - sad. The team acted like petulant children and I would highly recommend never using them. If they only spent as much time on fulfilling a quote as they do whining about their egos being hurt, they might have more business. Please also look at all their responses to criticism in their reviews - instead of being apologetic and wanting to earn someone's business, they attack and are combative. On a final note, their marketing underwriters claimed my insurance quote was $776. Their actual quote was $1,543. This is completely false advertising.

      As a business owner who cares for his employees, I have made a business decision to avoid customers who do nothing but berate and abuse my employees. I have decided to promote positivity, kindness, respect and consideration from my staff and customers. While we have provided his quote, we are withdrawing it as I no longer need or want his business. This man allowed all of 35 minutes to get a reply online before calling in. He then provided his info and was told 2-3 days for a quote. On the 3rd day, bright and early he called in asking where his quote was, and kept interrupting when he was being told he would receive it before the end of the day. He was extremely rude and demanded to talk to an agent immediately while continuously talking over our CSR agent as she tried to explain the quotes go out in order of receipt. He then hung up on her mid-sentence. We met our commitment and contacted him when we said we would however he did not stop there. To add even more insult he then sends our agent a rude email stating "lose his contact information" when his poor credit and insurance score caused his rate to double. Apparently he was upset because his policy expires in 3 days, so my people have to pay the price because he waits for the last second to shop with poor credit and insurance score. After the owner responded to his falsely ridden review, his response further justified our claims. This is his email he responded to the owner with. We do not tolerate people who berate, yell and call my employees names and antagonize, period. This person is also known to post negative exaggerated reviews on other businesses if you just look at his ****** reviews he posts. Not a single positive review and totally riffed with berating comments. Customers email to owner:

      Where's the anger cupcake? Criticizing someone when they are wrong is a good thing. Good to see you can't take honest criticism without acting like a petulant child. Now, hopefully you can take honest insults along with the criticism.

      I got you to respond. How egotistical are you and your team? Don't answer - it is rhetorical.
