I purchased an auto insurance policy through this particular insurance agency. After a substantial rate increase, I shopped around and found another policy. When I called ***** Mackenzie to have my policy cancelled he made several comments such as "you're going to be sorry" "you're going to regret this" "wait until you see how much this is going to cost you." I provided the necessary documents for my policy to be cancelled and never heard from him again. My policy was never cancelled and I was charged $1000 approximately for another monthly premium. I finally reached out to the insurance company and they assisted in the cancellation along with the refund. I researched and saw several poor ****** reviews for this agency and left one myself. This man yelled at me and cussed me out for trying to cancel my policy. He has now began to call my current employer multiple times and poor mouthing me and demanding that my employer get involved regarding the ****** review. He has reached out to me via social media outlets regarding the ****** review saying that there is no need to start a war and I need to take the review down. This man has a history of harassing clients who cancel his services. He has taken it a step too far to now continuously harass the employees of my company. It was bad enough to be yelled at, called stupid, and cussed out.Business response

This complaint just goes to show "no good deed goes unpunished". Based on 26 years as a professional fully licensed broker I told the customer exactly what was going to happen at company level and it happened. It is a truly perverse result, if this person's baseless complaint should become the "basis of a campaign" for the destruction of my business via social media.
