      Wild Hogs lied, over charged me and never fixed the problem. This store is in Winter Park. I been coming for oil changes for years and they acted like they never saw me before. The guy there on Saturday told me it might be ready by Monday that's why I left it because his tone of voice was Monday or Tuesday the latest. It was ready on Friday. He quoted me 200.00 it came out to be 410.00. I explained I spent 160.00 in Uber to go to work that week. He would not go down in price. I paid him. We went to get the scooter from the back, it would not start. He spent 10 minutes trying to get it started. He then put gas, tried starting it for 5 minutes nothing, then it finally started, got down the road then it turned off. Hearing the same noise that made me bring it in the first place and it kept turning off. I took it back and he said it could be the exhaust. So I paid 410.00 to get the carborator Cleaned, a oil change, a vacuum and a spark plug for nothing since it still had the same problem I took it in for. I called another scooter place to get the exhaust fixed but once I told them that Wild Hogs claimed to do work on it they refused to help me "I will not fix a scooter that was tempered with from Wild Hogs since you are the 3rd person that needed me to fix Wild Hogs trashy work"! So I'm out 570.00 with a bad scooter!

      Every is smooth as silk when I was buying my new scooter. Drove it home and didn't like it. Brought it back the next day and asked to upgrade. The person who sold it to me said he couldn't do anything and I had to talk to his boss the next day. I came back the next day and the same salesperson was there and I asked to see his boss about upgrading. The same sales person now got the authority to tell me he can upgrade to scooter at half the price I paid towards the new bike. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought from them.

      I had the worst experience of my life at this place. ORLANDO, OBT LOCATION. The man in the front is totally unprofessional and rude. I went to pick up my tire and he was giving me the wrong one, when I tried to explain to him that he was giving me the wrong tire he got upset and called me a liar and told me that no that that was what I brought in, I kept insisting that that was not what I brought in that what I brought in had a wire attached to the rim, he called the guy in the back, who happened to be very nice , to ask him about it. I tired to show him pictures. He refused . He had me wait till the other customer confirmed that my tired was not his. This man was yelling and acting so aggressive that I was very close to calling the police. After all that drama he caused , I was right. Even thought he made it very clear that customers are NEVER right. I feel very bad for the Hispanic man working in the back. He was very embarrassed and tried very hard to de escalate the situation. I will be writing BBB. Your establishment you be ashamed to have someone so unprofessional working

      she came in to pick up rim and tire she dropped off , she wasn't sure which one was hers ,that got us confused on which one was her so i said let me call another customer to ask him what one is his , well she got mad and kept on saying MY KID NEEDS HIS SCOOTER TIRE over and over again while i'm trying to call someone to help figure this out but i couldn't call because she wouldn't stay quiet long enough for me to call ,after me saying over and over please please just move away a stay quiet for a minute, but all she could do is keep saying i'll stay quiet or i won't say anything i finally had to say your still talking interrupting me i can't hear i'm on the phone trying to get you on the way she will not stop talking i had to hang up and call guy back the guy that was going to solve this ,[ this is a scooter we don't even sell ] but we put tires on rims for people because they can't find any body around here that can do it , it's very very hard, time consuming process of heating solid tire to make it stretchy.
