      5/29/24 I wanted to leave a 5 star review for this place...however when I went home I noticed on my mobile reciept that I had been charged 2x for an item I did not order. I immediately called and spoke to the lady and told her she had me on the phone and ask me what time I purchased it and what was the item for. I told her I was Overcharged $1.75 for an item I did not order she said she will talk to her manager to hold on. After a long wait she came back and told me they would have to give you cash for that item and bring in the reciept. I mentioned that I am an hour away and I don't go there often enough to come back for $1.75. She said the manager said there was nothing he can do since all sales were final. I said it does not say that on my mobile reciept and I am sure he can reverse a $1.75 charge since I cannot come in physically and I don't know when I will be back. I fact I've lived in ******* for 25 years and only came to your establishment once. However my daughter who is 6 enjoyed it that she wanted to have her birthday party there but it's just left a very bad taste in my mouth on how this situation was handled during the aftermath. I own a business to and if someone called me saying they were Overcharged $1.75 there's a few ways to reverse or refund a charge without a customer coming back in. I didn't even speak to a manager it was just going back and forth. I am thoroughly disappointed in the level of customer service I recieved. Hopefully you can make it right by offering a discount on a future party. And honestly I was planning on making a great review because of how much me and my daughter enjoyed this place and the staff on ****** because I am a top reviewer. But after having a slight issue it may have changed how I feel. Hopefully you can do right as a business and work on a resolution. Thank you for your making things right.and earning a customer for life by making things right along with plenty of referrals.

      Horrible Experience... There is not a single Adult running the place. From the stoned staff walking around in a fog to the disrespectful KID managers. I order a chicken sandwich and after 15 minutes of waiting and watching everyone who ordered after me get their food. I go up and ask ho much long. Im told 5 more minutes just waiting on fries. 10 minutes later I go back up and ask where my food is. It has now be 25 minutes since I ordered. Sorry not done. I tell them forget the fries just give me my sandwich. Well that's not done either. How much longer I ask. Then Im told the fryer is broken and my food was NEVER put to cook. 25 minutes I have been waiting. You would think they would come tell me. To much to expect when the stoners working the kitchen are be supervised by their peers. Me: This is ridiculous, let me speak to a manager. Another kid comes out, I ask if he is the manager and he states yes. I tell him what happened and says what do you want me to do about it. WOW!! Know... I am terrible sorry you waited 25 minutes this is unacceptable. No I am sorry you were lied to and you food has never been put to cook. I understand how frustrated you must be. No attempt to make it right. Just in my face attitude!! Clearly he can not separate Managing and being friends with his friends he is suppose to be managing!! At this point I am beyond frustrated. I ask if I can speak to another Manager who is not a kid. I am told he is the only manager there. I said you expect me to believe that I demand to speak with your manager. Expecting there is an Actual ADULT running the place... I am told NO! How about I call the cops and have you escorted out... My jaw drops. I said if you don't get me your manager I will call them myself. All of a sudden out of thin air there is another manager or so I thought. "Spicoli " comes out! I start telling him how I was just treated and threatened by his other manager. He looks at me and says "BRO" what do you want me to do! Apparently no

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience that I received at your Planet Obstacle in Lake Mary on 5-19-2022 at 6:30 pm, in hopes that we can reach a reasonable resolution. My son was in the one of the Cube pits and dropped his prescription glasses in the pit. Initially, my son and his friend tried to look for his glasses then the "Assistant Manager" Andrei of the evening shift walked over to inform us that we couldn't search for his glasses and that we would have to wait until 9pm after the place closes for them to look for them and it would also cost me $200. I would like for my son's glasses to be recovered in the cube pit, for free so that I can pick them up by 05/27/2022 for the following reasons: 1. Glasses are necessary for my son to see and asking him to remove his glasses to be able to participate is unlawful as it violates ADA. 2. We were told by the manager on duty that we could not look for them ourselves by the threat of him calling law enforcement. Forcing us to pay $200 to recover my son's glasses. 3. My son's experience at this place was ruined by the lack of customer service displayed by the management on duty. My children cried because they thought their 9 month pregnant mother was going to go to jail for looking for my son's glasses. I really would like to reach a reasonable solution before consulting with legal counsel. As I have never had a negative experience of this magnitude and would hope no other patron of this establishment has to go through this same thing.

      Manager Andrei violated policy by not allowing my son to use a competitors jump socks and forced us to purchase planet obstacle socks. He refused to provide contact information of the owner and when confronted with the policy online he and another manager stated "it was policy"

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/09) */ Both Managers that have spoken with you have not violated Planet Obstacle's policy, they followed and enforced the policy of our company. It is clearly written on our website. Please visit the link to see this info: http://planetobstacle.com/rules-regulations/ We do not allow competitors socks to be worn during the play on our obstacles and attractions. No one physically forced you to buy our socks, it the rule if you plan to play here. He refused to provide owners info as he is not allowed to provide such an info to any customer that may request it. Think of it as if you would try to request the owner's info while you fly Delta, or go to ********* or shop at ****** etc, you would simply not be able to get that info and would have to talk to manager on duty. Hope this all make sense. Thank you.
