I joined Infinite Travel November 2019 and paid an initial $5,000.00 to inter their travel program. I have paid $190.00 in November 2020 to continue their program. I did not receive an invoice from them in November 2021. When I tried to plan a trip in December 2021. Their web site said my account was suspended for none payment. I tried to contact them several times for an explanation and correct this. My calls went to voice mail or placed on hold. My calls were dropped after 20 minutes. Their contact person has changed her phone number.Business response

I take any complaints against my company very seriously and if any issues arise with my clients, we work together to resolve. First, I have never spoken to**************, nor has he ever been a client of my business. I have proof to back up that he has never booked any travel through my company. If my name, Monique F**********, is not familiar to him, then he has never worked with my company. I am the single owner of Infinite Travel Group, LLC and I handle all my clients 100%. If you had done extensive research to verify his claim, you would quickly ascertain a company out of CA who bears the same name as mine, Infinite Travel Group, LLC. Their company was established December 2011, approximately 1 1/2 years after the inception of my business in March 2010. I discovered this information years ago after I received numerous calls and complaints from their customers, and some banks, regarding their unethical business practices. It appears this company has also done business under Fly Infinite, Infinite Travel and Infinity Travel, also based out of CA. You can also Google their name with "CA" behind it and although it will pull up my information in FL, it will also reflect the numerous legal cases in CA against them. From my understanding they are a wholesale company and offer "subscription" services; this is not a service I offer through my business. If you had visited my website, you will see there is nowhere to login to access an account; therefore, ******'s claim his account is suspended when logging in would have been a key factor that you may have the wrong business. Additionally, the document ****** attached to the BBB complaint reflects the website www.infinite.travel. This should have also been a key indicator that the two companies are not affiliated with each other. As you can see in my 12 years, I have never had a complaint filed against me. I would highly recommend the next time a complaint is filed against my company or any other company, you do extensive research to verify you have the correct company before quickly issuing a formal complaint. I expect you will do further research and quickly resolve and remove this complaint against Infinite Travel Group, LLC (based in FL). Additionally, it would be in your best interest to reach out to the BBB in CA, or wherever they have relocated to, and notify them of their unethical business practices. You have been officially notified of my position on this matter and any negative information that has been added to my business must be removed immediately, please govern yourself accordingly and expeditiously.
