Cochran Concrete did our patio July 27, 2022 with the sealer being applied July 28, 2022. In January 2023, we notice white spots showing up on the patio. January 9, 2023 6:15 pm. I sent a text message to the owner, ****, with pictures of the white spots. He responded back that same evening at 10:38 pm stating "I will come look at in March and will probably need to do resealing and touchup in April it need to warm up to 65 or 70 degrees".April 10, 2023 5:42 pm I sent a text to **** asking when he could come look at the spots on the patio. He responded the same evening at 7:09 pm stating "I can check it out in a couple weeks. I'm back in *******. I came back for Easter. I'll take a look at it just needs to be resealed".April 21, 2023 5:13 pm I sent a text to **** asking when would be a good time to do this patio next week. No response from ****.May 1, 2023 8:26 am I sent a text to **** asking when he could stop and look at the patio. I explained that we would like to put our patio furniture back out but we are waiting on him. No response from ****.May 6, 2023 10:18 am I sent a text to **** asking when he can come look at the patio. I mentioned that there are more white spots that what I've shown him in pictures. No response from ****.I would like **** to follow through on fixing this patio without taking all summer long to do so. He mentions that it just needs resealed and it needs to warm up to do so. When he put the sealer on in the first place, it only took him less than an hour to do. This is not going to take him a lot of time to do but we don't want this to drag out all summer long before it's completed. **** is notorious for not following up in a timely manner.
