      My family and went to Fun Depot and had a horrible experience. There A/C was down for 2 weeks and current! We spent almost $400 there including food and bowling. While Bowling we realized that the facility was not cooling. We were in the establishment fanning with menus to cool down. We then decided to ask an employee if the air was broken or something? And they responded with yes its been down for about 2 weeks now. And kept apologizing so we didnt get to enjoy our game of bowling because the heat was so bad and we had to keep stopping to cool off by fanning off with menu or going to bathroom to wash our faces. I then took my receipt up front and asked for a manager and the employee then went and get two other people they heard my problem and asked me to hold they need to call there ** They came back and stated that ** said no refund or anything. What they can do is offer us a package for the other side of the establishment which should be cooler. We discussed it and decided to accept it. While we were in line for laser tag I twisted my foot and we looked up to see where the water was coming from up, it was dripping from the broken A/C!!! I then reported to manager and did a incident report. The next day I had to call and follow up on my own. No one took the initiative to follow up. When I called and spoke with the ** she was very nasty and unhelpful considering my situation defending her staff I still currently dont have any management following up on my injury incident and we are approaching 1 week and I have severe injuries!

      We offered to refund his money from the day.  It was declined.  We spoke to him multiple times.  Our GM called him, the *** called him.  We could not reasonably resolve his issues.  He demanded $10,000 on our last phone call.  He stated to my employee he slipped and fell.  We watched our extensive camera footage while he was in the building.  He did not slip and fall.  A staff member approached him and stated such.  He then changed his story and stated I didn't fall but twisted my leg.  In the camera footage it was clear that upon arriving he was limping.  This gentleman has multiple cases for slips and falls or trips, or other "incidents" in the Florida case system.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      the business is lieing on the fact that they reached out to me. Im the one that called each time. I request to speak with the ** and she was rude and in helpful. Then I waited for a call back from  the owner who was supposedly out of town! He never called, I too called to speak with him. 
        Also another lie that was on the response was that I said, I slipped and fall??? That was never the words that came from my mouth or what was written on the incident report or what was reflected on film! I said all through out, I twisted my foot! Yes I have a major foot injury prior. However thats why its very important on where I walk and how I walk cause anything such as water that was dripping from a A/C unit that was supposedly down for over two weeks can cause severe issues.

       Like stated before I would be ok with a compensation of $10,000 dollars for aggravation to my foot and pain and suffering

      The incident report that was written by an employee in the presence of my wife and my self, stated everything. Before we completed the report he went to review the video footage of my foot being twisted, the water on the ground and water falling on my daughter and my hands. I also have my own footage and pictures.

      I asked for a copy of the incident report and the staff told me there boss said I was unable to receive a copy or I cant even take a picture of it. I thought to myself that that was pretty shady.

      Due to advisement from providers and their requirements we are not allowed to provide incident reports to the public.  Again as stated we are happy to refund his $ with a signed release from his false accusations.  But we will not pay his demand of $10,000 from his false accusations or claims.  We have all the security camera video saved from his visit.  There is no slip and fall as initially stated or lesser injury as he later changed his story to when my employees informed him we reviewed the video and they informed him there was no slip and fall.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business keeps lieing stating that I said I slip and fell! Would Again as I stated from the beginning I NEVER said I fell! I stated I twisted my foot on the water caused by the leaking A/C that was broken for some time! My wife and daughter are my witnesses and my wife was present as I was giving my statement to the employee as he wrote it! What Fun depot does not know is that I have a picture of the report that my wife discreetly took as the employee was talking to me! Also I will not accept a refund that was offered because I am currently being treated for this aggravated injury to my foot! And it is quite costly. So there would be a big bill at the end of treatment that would be submitted for payment and also compensation for pain and suffering!

      I have responded to this multiple times stating our position.  There is no video evidence that this gentlemen twisted or slipped or anything while in our facility. 

      We searched the state database.  He has multiple law suits filed all across the state with all sorts of businesses.   

       Our position remains the same.  We will refund the money he spend if he signs a release.

      As stated several times, I DID twist my foot at your establishment. I have my own video and pictures along with my own pictures of incident report that was filled out by a manager of yours before reviewing your video footage and completed after! So with this being said I will NOT accept your insulting offer! And this will be something that would be handled by the courts legally!
