      Office manager ***************************** to begin with is a rude, unprofessional, tries to intimidate others that question her. My mother that was a current resident of another apartment complex managed by the same property company and had to move in with me at my residence which is also managed by this company. My mother did not receive any of her security deposit back as for we were told that her security deposit would have to be transferred over to my apartment. My mother has been refused to be added to the lease and yet they keep her deposit money from her. My son has lived with me his whole entire life and has been a resident of the property from 2012 same as me. The company now refuses to let him park his legal truck on the property. There are structural concerns with the building such as the staircase railing and the banner along the whole second floor is held together by L brackets. There is also some sewage water dripping form the building onto the ground. Ther water inside the apartment is foul smelling and has a funny taste to it. I have received letters as not allowed at the office property at all and to make communications only through email. I have also been locked out of making online rental payments so how can I pay the rent? I am being harassed my other residents now so for they have told me that the office manager told them that I complained and had all the cars towed. If there are rules and policies, then everyone should have to attain to them. I was told when I questioned her about the parking that it is at HER DISCRETION on who gets to park and extra car or not. I believe that there was a mistake made by the office staff when I signed a new rental agreement by not having the other adults that live in the house sign the lease as well. When she was confronted by this, she became hostile and rude telling me if I don't like it move. This is not as easy to do.

      To whom it may concern:

      This is in response to complaint received from *******************************.
      Tenant ******************************* has always demonstrated a non friendly attitude towards A.G. Properties Staff. On July 14, 2022 she came to the office with her son *************************. They both crossed the line and they were very aggressive and disrespectful to the office staff. So much so that we had the necessity to call the police and file a report after they vandalized the office. Our management company made the decision that ******************************* and ************************* are not welcomed to the office anymore since the office staff is afraid these tenants might do something worse.Communication thereafter is allowed only via email. In reference to the online payments, she was restricted because 2 times her online payments were rejected.This was explained to her and as always she argued. Her payments are accepted only via money order which could be dropped off at the office thru the sliding window only after hours.
      In our company we have a lot of pride and respect for our employees, and there is not tenant that will mistreat our employees the way they did.
      In reference to the deposit mentioned by *******************************, we have proof that on May 4, 2022 *************************** authorized (in writing) A.G. Properties to transfer her remaining deposit of $1,010.00 to be used as security deposit for address ******************************************************************************** where ******************************* currently resides.
      Office staff explained to ********* the process about the parking decals and she refused to accept it and right after they became wild and aggressive and vandalized the office.
      Even if a tenant does not agree with the company rules and regulations, that is no reason to act with violence,disrespect and even less to vandalize our office.
      In reference to the structural concerns about the building, specifically about the staircase railing and the banner along the whole second floor, these are held together with L brackets.Our maintenance department checked and double checked and all is in order.
      About her complaint of the water situation in the apartment, we never received a request from her to take care of the situation. She never placed a work order or notified us about the matter. She emailed to us on July 19, 2022 we received an email but not a worker order.  For future reference she must do her request via worker order .
      Our maintenance department worked on the water sewer situation in the building and the situation has been resolved. There was no reason for her to call the office and threat to call code enforcement.
