Property Manager ******** is very unprofessional and I'd say possibly a racial thing. My girlfriend currently lives there and I go back and fourth to see her with my SERVICE ANIMAL. When I asked to have an application and pay a pet deposit, she looked at me and said no "SHE DOES NOT WANT ME LIVING THERE" so my girlfriend called to see what the issue was and she decided to make my girlfriend move out for no reason, til this day we STILL DONT have a written letter of why my girlfriend has to move? If it's because the dog, he's serviced and the proper paper work was shown along with pet deposit still told my girlfriend she does not want us living there. I've been back and fourth there for 4.5 years and all of a sudden she wants to kick my girlfriend out. NO ANSWERS OF WHY!!!! IT'S ILLEGAL and ontop of that I work for the broward sheriffs office and I will be taking this to our lawyer here because we will proceed with legal action. She does not speak nor write correct english and is very rude. All the reviews are about her and she still works there. I hope by the end of this year when my girlfriend moves out she'll be gone to and give people a fair chance to live. She even denied a friend of mines thats a lawyer and did not even give him a chance for an application fee. This lady ******** NEEDS TO GO!!!!! she's messing with families that *** not have much and ontop of that the rent I PAY even though I dont live there is on time every month, ontop of that my girlfriend has been renting from ag properties for over 20 years that should say something.........GET HER OUT!!!!!!Review from Keyla

********* ***** (Property Manager) is extremely unprofessional. She literally told me "*******************************" (English "************************* ****** ) when I asked her if she was going to do something about the mice and roaches at the apartment. There's a cámara I. The office so I'm sure it got recorded. I only been at the apartment for two weeks and I been reporting roaches since my first night! I was never rude, never raised my voice, I asked kindly even though I have a reason to be upset. I understand bugs happens, minor problems just needs a minor solution. She don't need to be nasty with people. She never follows up with emails and she treats people like garage.
Don't recommend signing a lease with her. She makes this AG Property sound like a Scam.

Our employees are very professional . We don't use that language . this tenant complain about the issue the maintenance department take care of the issue .

Office has a camara in the lobby. Incident happened 09/23/2021 around 2:15-2:20pm . I'm sure the cámaras audio will back me up if it "was working that day". I email the Property manager about how unprofessional she was that day and never got a reply or an apology back. I honestly starting to feel harassed by this company.Customer Response

Also, maintenance never fixed the issue. We get told that pest control is not included in your contract even thought they giving you an apartment full of pest. I been able to keep pest under control by spraying weekly. Pest doesn't disappear from one day to another. It's taking from my time and my budget to fix previous tenant disasters but doing the best I can't. I mean what else can I do with such an unprofessional property manager and the fear of losing my $2,600 deposit and all the other applications fees already invested in this dirty apartment.A.G. We are very professional and we looked at the camera and the conversation was in a professional manner . We don't why this tenant express with that language

Person reviewing the camara is the same person that used fault language.
I will like a copy of that video if that's the case.
