      June 20th I purchased a vehicle from ******************* MA and was referred by the dealership to contact 365 car transport llc -************ to make arrangements to have vehicle delivered to IL I contacted them that day and i signed a contract online docu-sign to have vehicle shipped to my residence Gave them 175 deposit and was told to pay drivers remaining balance 770 upon arrival of vehicle Truck was to arrive by 24TH 24THtruck arrives at my residence not being shipped but was driven Upon questioning driver he stated his trailer was to big to be on blvd and was parked in a nearby parking lot There was no BOL /or any paper work to sign / was handed 1 key and they collected there balance 770 cash and left Upon looking over vehicle it had driven 196 miles and had been damaged in the process I contacted 365 transport llc ***** and was told this was totally unacceptable and she contacted the shipper that she brokered deal to 2020 transportation llc-I was told to contact owner of 2020 transportation llc and this matter would be resolved I spoke to owner ***** and he stated that i would be refunded all money that i payed to have vehicle shipped 770 And driver would be fired -but i needed to contact his dispatcher *** Contacted *** and was given the run around, he will now not except calls nor return them.I then contacted ***** again as she is the one that hired the carrier. She said that she is NOT responsible as she did not touch the truck. She then gave me all information on 2020 transportation and that I would have to go after them. I also contacted 2020 transportations insurance company and and their client has refused to cooperate with them also. I have now paid $945.00 to have the vehicle transported to me, have 196 extra miles on my vehicle, 3/4 of a tank of gas gone and 3 dents in my bumper. Where is the justice in this? Someone needs to be held responsible for this

      This is *****. I had been in touch with you and answered every call and fought on your behalf with the driver for weeks. I then further instructed you to contact your insurance company to have them deal with the carriers insurance on your behalf. I understand that insurance companies are difficult to deal with and take some time, therefore I understand your frustration. As I explained, 365 Car Transport is not and can not be involved in an insurance claim with the truck, truck driver & separate company that transported your vehicle. 365 Car Transport's role in this transaction is to connect you with a carrier and be there to assist as much as possible if there are any issues with the carrier. I have assisted to the maximum amount possible and, as I have stated to you directly, if any legal action is taken against 2020 Transportation, 365 will be more than happy to present our paperwork & all necessary information to assist you in your claim.       I am rejecting this response because: The problem with this transaction is no one wants to take reasonability. I hired you and you in turn hired the carrier.

      i am not forwarding this to my insurance carrier to file a claim --as I was told I'd be responsible for my deductible; I was also told that his insurance company would also 

      deduct his deductible off of the top of the claim (if they are even able to get the claim through) so therefore If any money is awarded, I will still not be able to repair the bumper.

      I understand that you said you are willing to help on this, but Soley believe that you are the owner of the company that I hired, and you hired the carrier so this should be up to

      your company to handle the chasing on getting this resolved.

      This company crashed my car while they were shipping it and took responsibility for damages and now they are not paying for the damages or communicating with me.

      Hello Vanessa,

      365 Car Transport is a brokerage firm. We do not have trucks to ship vehicles, we are the connecting agent. Regarding damage, the carrier who transported your vehicle is covered by insurance and the insurance information was provided. As stated in our contract, on our website & as listed through the **** we are not responsible for damage because we have never seen/touched/driven the vehicle. All insurance claims are handled directly through the company that shipped your vehicle. There was no order ID in your original message and your name is not pulling up a file. If you could please call ************ or send an email to ********************************** with details, we'd be more than happy to help you pursue the carrier and their insurance company.
