Shameful, used gas lighting techniques, called over 15 times in 2 weeks after asking them several times to take me off the list. Then when I started asking to speak to a manager asap they would HANG up on me! I finally decided to see if they could help me & booked a call. After listening to the gentleman try to convince me that he's giving me a deal from the $1100 price for $199. And when my computer was giving me a hard time as I was checking my cc account to make sure I had the funds in there we got disconnected and than I had clients show up. I missed a few calls. Than got a text to call back so when I had time I , did and it was the supervisor ***** who wanted to know what my concerns were & than he made a comment that he would answer a call even though I couldnt. Before going on, I asked him, "Did you just dis me for not answering your calls?" He told me yes he did. WOW very very unprofessional. I do not do business with ANYONE who will gaslight me or be rude. I hung up. **** sent him a text that he just got another BAD REVIEW WITH the BBB. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE LIKE THEM unless you really want to take the risk and be harassed or gaslite. They should not be in business.
