Extremely easy to book, highly reliable, and excellent, proactive communications from the drivers throughout the project. Amazing Service, the guys came out and helped moved the furniture in a quick, fast, efficient, and safe manner. Will definitely use them again.Review from Ruslan K

They called in the morning to let me know when they would arrive. Arrived within the set time frame, but would have preferred that they were earlier - due to elevator reservations issues. They were polite and efficient. Very careful in packing and moving. Also, they were very up front about the cost of the move and the packing materials. At studio apartment building, we arrived too late for the reserved elevator, so we had to reroute to another elevator...not an easy task. They handled the situation very well and everything turned out quite nicely. Nothing damaged or broken. Finished within the allotted time frame. I have used many movers in the past few years, and this company is one I would use again.Review from Allison B

From the beginning to the end, Allegiance Moving and Storage LLC delivered excellent service. The group was polite, competent, and mindful of our requirements. Our possessions showed up exactly when we expected them to. They provided excellent customer service, swiftly attending to all of our problems. Allegiance quoted me an amount that ended up being far lower than what I had to pay, even though nothing in my inventory estimate changed. Their subcontractor Meta *** Lines also repeatedly lied to me over the phone on when I should expect my delivery. It was supposed to happen on or around August 3rd, then August 5th, then August 7th, then August 13th, then August 15th, then August 16th, and now August 18th (but well see). Theyre also legally required to deliver within 21 days of the pickup date, but now theyre gaslighting me into thinking its actually 7-21 days AFTER my requested delivery date (August 3rd), which is false. I plan to talk to my lawyer about initiating a class action lawsuit on behalf of the many customers, who Im sure theyve similarly screwed over, and on account of their shady, unscrupulous business practices.
