    June 17,2024 Wayne Akers Ford had a 2010 ***** Odyssey for sale (*******) I was on the phone with them and asked if they would accept (*******). ***y answered yes! We drove an hour to Wayne Akers Ford and arrived after 10 for the look and purchase of the 2010 ***** Odyssey. This was a cash deal and I was told by the salesman ( ******* ) that the car had been serviced and oil changed and that I was "good for another ***** miles. *** fact is the 2010 ***** Odyssey had not been serviced and NO oil change. I was unaware of this until the next morning when I checked the oil sticker and the last time the oil had been changed was September of 2023 and NOT by Wayne Akers Ford.We had to wait over ( four) hours to finally get to see the finance person. During this time , to my knowledge we were not offered any water or anything , except sit and wait on a ( Cash) purchase.During the finalizing of the transaction I was told that I was required to buy ,( Spireon Lojack , DLP Traceable ***ft Protection and a maintenance agreement. I told the man that I did not want any of those items and he said it was a requirement that I had to buy these. You are not required to but these items in the state of ********We finally were able to leave around 2:30 in the afternoon. *** next morning is when I realized that ( *******, the sales person) had misrepresented the selling of the 2010 ***** Odyssey. All fluid levels were very low and tires under and over inflated. I left a negative review and finally was contacted by ( ***** ) from customer service. on June 20.I explained to him what had transpired at Wayne Akers Ford and he said he would refer my complaint to upper management. June 24- I contacted ( ***** once again and he assured me that he made contact with ( Manager, ***********************, July 1- I called ( ***** ) once again and he assured me that he had contacted ( ***********************), Manager of Wayne Akers Ford.I am still waiting for a call from Wayne Akers Ford and this is July 10th.

    I am rewriting my review. Buying the truck was a good experience but once the papers were sign and I bought the extended warranty my check engine light came on a few days after buying the *********** am told well you bought the truck as is and your warranty does not kick in till 30 days after purchase and had to pay out of pocket $345.58 this truck was supposed to have gone through service and sold working properly very bad experience and being treated like this I will not buy another vehicle from this company buyers beware.Still no response to even after I called and asked for a manager and replied with email of this issue
