    The company repeated called in 2/26, even rapid calling when the call was declined. I answered and they were asking for someone else. They refused to identify themselves and when they did it was too quick and garbled to understand.

    I need confirmation of the phone number we allegedly called from.  I am not sure how they confirmed we called them if as stated in the complaint they could not understand the name of the company on the phone call.   Please share additional details..

    Thus company has also sent a spam email to a list of people, my email included, using the email I submitted the complaint to. I am not *****************************, nor do I wish to continue receiving repeated phone calls and emails.

    I have received calls from ************ and ************. I confirmed the company via phone look up and the spam email the company sent. As the company is still calling me, please stop. The number is on the do not call list. Stop contacting me.

    I apologize if the call was upsetting, but the owner of Montclair Avenue is owed over $44k, and we simply want to make sure that money is paid to the owner.  I personally will make sure there are no further calls or efforts to recover the money owed.  Many people we've are happy to know they are owed money.. These are not spam calls, but as mentioned an attempt to ensure the $44k is paid to the right people and is not left in the court without collection.  We are here and can be contacted at the number that called you if you are the owner and have further questions about how to collect the money. .  Thanks...

    ************ Contacted me from with get liquid funding after my ****** ********** home went in foreclosure. Helpful at first, then wasnt getting returned calls their reason they had wrong number for me. Guess they couldnt correct it with the 100 calls texts emails left for them with my name number and email attached. When my ************ case was done they got slimy. I was charged for an advance of my money even though they offer no interest advanced which wasnt even the issue. But my paying for an advance & paying a lot of interest on money I shouldnt have. 2 days after I got my advance my brother had his full check got mine 2 weeks later. Called **** about this no return calls still from nov 23. Tried calling the **** that handles this got nowhere their answer is u only paid $99 direct depo fee. False *******

    As requested, we spoke to customer.  GLF is not 100% clear on all points of contention, but I believe we understand enough about the situation to respond and address the complaint.  There appears to be some concern about one of the heirs receiving their portion of the funds earlier than ******************* did.  We made several attempts to contact ****, but for various reasons out of our control, it took longer to connect with ****, which delayed her receipt of her funds.  ****'s brother and *** were able to connect and get his funds out to him sooner.   In terms of the cash advance, we gave **** several options in terms of a cash advance, and after **** had the opportunity to consider those options, **** chose, and GLF agreed to advance 3k.  GLF delivered those funds within 24 hours as promised.  We did not have cleared funds from the county for this file before making that advance, and view such a large advance prior to receipt of cleared funds from the county, a great benefit and service that our team delivered.  We are unhappy to hear that ultimately **** was still not happy with GLF, and hope after reading this she will feel differently than she did when she originally posted this complaint.  .

    This company falsely offered me a loan to resolve an hoa problem but did not fulfill the loan costing me a foreclosure on my home. They now claim they have the right to take the surplus money from the sale. I have witnesses to the deceit and manipulation of the entire process. I have repeatedly told them that they have no right to anything concerning me and that they should have nothing whatsoever to do with it. However they continue to harass me and have somehow legally claimed my money that belongs to me

    *********************************** allegations are patently false. Mr. ********** home was already in foreclosure and facing an approaching auction when he asked us to try to find a last-minute solution to help him save the property.


    We in fact did offer ********************** a solution that would have enabled him to avoid the forced sale, but he directly and unequivocally declined the offered solution and told us he would resolve the issue on his own (which he failed to do).


    The last time we heard from him was the after the forced sale he failed to avoid on his own, at which time he expressed regret that he had not pursued the solution we offered. We did not hear from him again until he made these false allegations.


    Please let us know if you need anything else from us to address and substantiate the truth.  We request the removal of this false posting. Thank you!

    My house was declared foreclosure by the *** in May 2023. and then it was sent to the county ************** for foreclosure auction in June of 2023. Get liquid funding reached out to me in May. Knowing about the Foreclosure auction sale in June. they said they would try to help me with retaining any surplus funds from the sale. after sending documentation they said they would take 12% as compensation for retaining any surplus funds. , plus they would take another 12% of my surplus funds as consultation fees. I was confused about this because I know in the **************** stature 45, it is illegal to take any more than 12% as compensation. after the company was able to retain my surplus funds, now in October 2023, they have sent me a final accounting document, that is showing that they are taking 50% as compensation from my surplus funds, from the auction. this is not correct, and I believe that they are just a scam and they are taking advantage of me and my mother during this time of foreclosure.

    This complaint is full of misinformation, and inaccuracies.   To start, GLF is not charging over 50%. The client knows we are not a scam bc we sent the final accounting the client provided because we are ready to pay the client as per the signed contracts.  The documents submitted to the BBB further reinforce that because you can clearly see compensation to GLF for one half of the surplus was 24% total, and the other half was 33% those percentages were not charged on the whole surplus, but only the respective half due to each client.  We clearly explained to recover the funds GLF receives 12%.  The clients decided to hire us for additional services outside of the surplus recovery, which is where the additional charges came from because they were separate services GLF was hired for. GLF was hired to get extra time in the home for these clients, help locate a new residence, and provide interest free cash advances when the client needed money for relocation, etc.  We worked with the new owner to get extra time in the home, worked to get the writ vacated, and while GLF was performing all of these services, the client stopped answering our calls, leading to inability of GLF to complete items previously started. Now client is complaining we are a scam and we charged too much, but that's clearly not the case here.  Similar to going to a drive thru restaurant, paying for your food, but driving off before the restaurant gives you the food, is by no means the fault of the restaurant.  This is the case of what happened here.  We attempted to work through this with the client after these erroneous complaints, but the client said they just want their money because they signed the contracts, and that's what happened here.  They signed contracts after clearly deciding our help was needed with services in addition to the surplus recovery help we were hired for.

    I request this complaint is not posted because you can clearly see by the documents I attached that are also attached to the initial complaint, provided by the client, that he either lied about the percentage we charged, or at minimum should have called GLF first before filing this complaint to ensure he understood the basic math outlined in the Final Accounting we provided.   Thank you
