      All order take a month and a half, if not longer, to receive. The most recent order of mine is going on 3 months now, and I still havent received an estimated delivery date or even any replies to the multiple emails Ive sent them. It appears, nobody works there anymore however theyre still accepting orders how convenient for them.

      I placed my order May 7th, here it is July and still got no confirmation or shipment information. Ive been calling, emailing and still no one can get to me to refund me my money it just send the order. Bad business I will never order from them again!

      Ordered my product back in March. It is now mid July and I have yet to receive it.Although they have responded to my messages, I am constantly told the same thing. We ran into a shipping issue and we will process as soon as possible and they have not given a shipment date.Another message was sent July 8 and the hopes of getting a resolution only to be told four weeks in a row that my shipment is up the highest priority.Halfway through this process, I was then told that they ran into manufacturer issues. Although they respond to emails, the timelines are totally false on shipping.No product and nothing but cookie cutter responses.

      Ordered sea **** gel From the transformation factory on May 27. I have not receive anything. I keep emailing the company and they will not write back. They charged me for a product they never sent out. I ordered 2 jars. This company is unethical. Buy samosa somewhere else.

      Bad business ethics. SLOW, and no communication with customers.i ordered on 5/22/2024 ,and it is now 7/ 6/2024. I have not heard not 1 correspondence from this company as to if and when my order will be shipped.ive emailed 3 times, and no response. i called once, spoke with some young lady, about 2 weeks ago, she says" its up for processing", like really, just now.my order was for 2-32 ounces of Elderberry seamoss gel, which total to $119.00( 9.99 for shipping is a joke, since I've not recieved a thing). I payed thru affirm, they've collected 3 of the 4 install payments of $29 each, and I refuse to pay the last Installment until I get some communication from somebody standing on a promise of delivery, or that it won't be delivered. I'm not sure what's going on with this company. , because shipping use to be great.i understand with increase in sales, things may start to slow up processing and delivery time, but this is rediculous, it's good this wasn't a gift for someone.and yes I'm aware of the 17 day processing time( excluding fri/sat/sun and holidays), but it's 46 days now, subtract those excluded days, and that gives u a month, not 1.5 months.If u can't deliver as promised, just please refund me what I've already paid ($87) you via affirm.It's sad that what was once a great company and product has now got people wondering about the authentication of this company, at least I am.       Horrible experience. I placed my order of May 24, 2024 and reached out the company on June 25th to relay my order had not been received and asking when it would be arriving. I received a standard response email stating email support was busy and I would get an email as soon as possible. As of today, July ************************************************ a response email with an order update. At this point I would like a full refund for my order # ******. This is completely unacceptable.

      It's been a month no update order still not processed. I'm not able to reach anyone to cancel and receive a refund the worst company. Spending money on ads but no customer service is wild.

      Like so many others on here, I placed an order on 5/19/24. I requested an update on 5/30/24 and was told to allow 17 days M-Th for shipping. Emailed again 6/19/24 with no response other than we are busy and will get back to you. Another email was sent 6/24/24 with no response and again 6/27/24 through their website with no response. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Their product might be very good but everything else is lacking from poor communication to not following their own policies regarding shipping. I plan on requesting a refund and purchasing elsewhere. They really need to get it together.

      I ordered from this company about 2 years ago, received my order with in 2-3 weeks. Now I placed my order on April 30,2024 it has now been nearly two months and I have not received anything. I sent an email on May 20th and they said it was 17 days out. It has not been away to long at this point I am requesting a refund and just going to order from Amazon ir another company. But I will not be ordering from this company again.
