3/18/2022 Clark's Custom Air came out to repair AC. 3 hours later they left stating they would be back Saturday morning. The two guys left with the transformer/mother board The AC was working but the fan kept running, the unit was damaged by Clark's. AC not working. No AC all week They have not been back, won't answer my phone calls. I called another AC Comp who is replacing the AC at $8500.00. I want Clark's to pay me for the damages!!!!! I did not pay them any money the day they were here.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/05/05) */ Customer called for service call & said the husband recently replaced their thermostat & had not been able to get it to work. The homeowner was not a current customer as our company had not been there for 10+ years for any maintenance or repairs. Our technician found the system had been replaced which was confirmed with the Polk County Building Dept that the original Trane system was in fact replaced in 2016. We asked if she had the original Trane equipment we installed in 2004 and she stated "Yes, it was the original Trane equipment." Our technician spent several hours trying to diagnose the problem. Him & the homeowner came to the agreement that she should call the company/companies that had previously been working on it since she stated they had been having several electrical wiring issues. No parts were taken from the unit and the customer was not charged for any labor or diagnostic charge. Our company will no longer be servicing them and will not be taking responsibility for the damages we did not cause.
