      About 2 weeks ago I had my car towed into this shop I paid about $1300 to get ignition/electric stirring wheeling work done,after 2 days of driving my vehicle shuts off completely.I paid again to get it towed in after inspection they tell me I need to get the car rewired costing my $750 I agreed and after picking my car up I noticed the passenger side head light didn’t work & both turning signals did not work.I returned the car for a few days and was told it would cost me $750 to fix these electrical problems meanwhile the service shop & I knew I didn’t have these problems prior to bringing my car to this service shop.I was told to just drive the car without turning signals,this response is unethical and is a danger to my safety.I feel if I didn’t have headlight and turning signal issues before service was done I shouldn’t have any at completion of work.

      We have reached out to customer and he is scheduled to bring vehicle back in for us to look at his concerns and discuss if it is due to our repairs or if the vehicle has another concern this week , we will resolve any issues as best we can to make sure our customer is satisfied   thank you for reaching out to us

      I put wrong gas in suv....********* said it was computer system that the reason it want crank....had it towed to Cadillac dealership where I purchased car from they charged me $450 to run air test....they said that didn't fixed issue when the mechanic drove it was jerking needed fuel injecters , line and all replace $2,600 I paid and ask her u sure that would fix issue she said yes....next day she called and said that didn't fix issue they needed to change something else that cost me $1,600....got a call and said everything was fixed...when got there to pick up car had no power it was a Saturday So called Monday they said was battery they replaced that....drove car off lot because was told good to go not even 10 min later it was jerking again and engine light came on....took it to autozone to check engine light it said fuel ************** to be replace....took car back and just got a call saying it's now transmission valve ....they had my car over 6 months I didn't have to them to continue to pay....I've paid close to $5,000 and my car still not fixed so all of a suddenly it's my transmission feel like I'm just paying money for no reason....so how all of a sudden it's now transmission as soon a si drive car off within 10 min later engine lights comes on for something else....I need help fighting this I just want my truck fixed and obviously I've paid for no reason already

      Customer had vehicle towed in from putting wrong fuel in vehicleand vehicle would not run, customer was provided first estimate as a starting point to replace what we could verify with out vehicle running customer was also informed that this first estimate was a starting point and it would need more diag and repairs once we started and fixed the first step not knowing what was damaged from wrong fuel installed, customer also took multiple month to pay first repairs and second repairs and no storage or fees were charged due to customer satisfaction Customer was always updated and estimate provided before any repairs were done

      there was no starting point ever mentioned....conversation was $450 for air system something......hey mechanic drove it around and said it was jerking its the fuel injection and fuel line must be replaced....I ask why couldn't the fuel line be dumped if its gas ....Is this going to fix the issue because I am not rich and don't want to pay for something thats not going to fix the issue.....from the lady that was handling said yes thats going to fix the issue......she called next day and said sorry it didn't fix issue something else needs to be replace....I then ask are 100% sure going to fix issue again was told yes.....got call came picked up the car and 10 min later engine light on and still jerking....so what starting point we talking bout I never agreed to a open bank....went from paying $450 to plus $2,600 to plus $1,600....yes it did take awhile to keep coming up with money that didn't fix issue.....not one time in there response did they mention why wasn't issue fixed.....the fuel line and injections never needed to be charged it was transmission the entire time so why am I not refunded $2,600...the entire response is talking bout how long it took the customer to pay and we didn't charge storage fee....but nothing addressing the issue that y car still jerking and was promise more then once my car would be fix....I paid close to $5000 for what....you all should be ashamed of yourself and still haven't heard from the head manager asked so many times for a call back.....guess im not the right type of customer or color....

      called yesterday no answer left voice mail would have called sooner but dealing with death of father....waiting for call back hoping to get issue resolved as ******************* should be fully aware of situation and what im looking to get done....felt good to see message finally delivered to him or he finally decided to call.....so will respond back if issue not resolved or continue to take it further

      They did make the repair and they told me check engine light would go off in due time ....but the vehicle is running better..

      I purchased a CPO vehicle from Cadillac Lakeland on 8/26/22. I couldn't test drive before I purchased because it was out on loaner. I test drive a vehicle I was told was exactly like it, but a different color & less miles. I couldn't test drive another car like it because they lost the keys. They started paperwork & I didn't see the car until it had come back from being on loan. By that time I had purchased it & it was downpouring so I couldn't even inspect it. As soon as I left, my right back blinker notification came on that it wasn't working (already a violation of CPO checklist). Down the road my oil change notification came on. They never even changed the oil & it was already at 5k miles since last change. Seatbelt sensor faulty. From there I parked it in my garage & took a rental car for business out of town for 2 days. When I returned, I noticed a horrible urine smell from the vents & a giant blood or vomit stain in between the back seats. The Cadillac emblem on my seat had fallen off as well. My USB was faulty & the radio would freeze up & black out for moments at a time. I took it to the dealership & got a loaner car. I told them I was going out of town & the car would be parked at the airport. A couple days later I get a call being reprimanded because I can't bring the car back & they were going to go pick it & and leave me stranded when I return from my trip. I return the car on a Friday & Monday I get a call I need to bring it back in for repairs? Got a second loaner car. On Thursday I pick up my car & a couple days later I get another call to bring it back in. When I get there, it was "miscommunication" & a waste of a drive. My air still smells like pee, my radio that was apparently replaced still doesn't work sometimes, now my windows choose when they want to work or not. The GSM accused me of getting in an accident after I bought the car. The salesman's wife accused me of sleeping with him?! They will only let me trade the car in $4k upside down.

While the repairs were being addressed we supplied transportation at no charge to her. We also offered to allow her what she paid for the vehicle (less certification cost) toward the purchase of a different vehicle.
