      Not honest with the work, no trained mechanics to work on high-end cars. I took my 2008 Cadillac Escalade for the transmission, before they worked on the truck I ASKED the manager was the truck worth fixing. The manager said the engine was in good condition and he didn't see why I wouldn't. I only asked because of what the price was$$$$. After a month in the shop replaced the transmission, power steering pump, radiator fans, etc.... Pick the truck up drive it home two days later and take it back after I noticed someone put the wrong transmission and oil dipstick they had all kinds of excuses. By this time a new manager had been hired and offered to replace the engine IF I PAY FOR THE LABOR or buy the truck from me. 'WHAT A JOKE". I never took the truck in for the engine and I felt that Joyce Automotive should be responsible for the inexperienced mechanics they hired to work on my truck. Why make me pay for something they neglected or had nothing to do with?

      it’s been one year and a half since I’ve been dealing with this automotive .they don’t focus on satisfying their customers needs. my check engine light has been on for over a year and they mentioned it needed a catalytic converter,Barron and new turbo .after they’ve mentioned it’s been fixed and my car is good to go,I’ve had to return back 9 different times and the problem still didn’t get fixed. I went to the Chevy Dealership for a second opinion and they told me that there was still an issue with the car after Joyce mentioned that “I’m all good and car is fixed”. What a waste of time .they even put a warranty on the catalytic converter for a year and after bringing it back for 10 times,they still didn’t know how to fix the problem .They don’t double check behind their mechanic’s work.they just take their word for it without any test drives .then when you mention that the problem has occurred again,they don’t make time to fix problem urgently because they only focus on your money .they will rather you reschedule at a different time and use staffing and busy days as an excuse to not be able to get to it right away .they just try to buy the cheapest parts and find the easiest way to fix a problem and it turns out costing more money in the long run.i Do Not plan on doing business with this company anymore ..highly disappointed

      Claudio,

      We’re sorry Joyce didn't meet your expectations, but Joyce’s records show your first visit with Joyce was May,5th,2022, where Joyce did replace your turbocharger.

      It looks like you returned 13 days later with a check engine and no drivability concern, where from what our records show, Joyce did find that your catalytic converter was partially plugged and not performing correctly. You declined to have the catalytic converter replaced at that time. Then on The 14th of September, came in for a coolant leak which was repaired and all was well, until the 28th of October when you returned for your initial concern, shaking badly when accelerating.

      We found the replacement turbocharger damaged and faulty. Joyce replaced the turbo under warranty and covered parts and labor cost, while also informing you again of your faulty catalytic converter. You came back and had that replaced at a later date, being the 3rd of November, where we replaced your catalytic converter and also provided a discount on labor costs.

      Then on the 3rd of January, 2023 you were in for a check engine light, where the charge air cooler tube clamps were stretched after 8 years of use and leaking, boost pressure causing your check engine light, which was repaired at no cost to you.

      Then, you returned 14 days later again for a check engine light, which after inspection found that the boost control solenoid was bypassing, and again was replaced and repaired at no cost to you.

      As the new owner of Joyce Automotive, as of the first of the year 2023, my highest priority is customer safety and satisfaction. My service manager as well as myself have made multiple attempts to contact you and rectify this situation directly, with no reply from you Claudio. I would appreciate the courtesy of allowing us to verify that your problem is indeed from the work that was performed, and allowing us to take care of this situation swiftly.
