I paid my ******** deductible upfront 1-3-24. The bill was submitted to ******** and I should have been issued a sizeable refund from Watson Clinic. ********, **. I called ******** and was told I should be getting a $178+ refund and that Watson Clinic did not fill out the form that was sent to ******** correctly stating that I paid $264. I called Watson in April, 2024 talked with ********* to get my refund. She stated she would put in a request for a refund. Never received it. Called *********************** 28, 2024 and was told she would call me back with an answer as to why I never received the refund in April. Called again May 30th talked with ***** and and still no answer from ******** in billing as to why I never was refunded the money. I have been more than patient with Watson Clinic. This is not the first time I have had to beg to get a refund from them. Next step is report them to the BBB and ********.Review from Wayne W

I was misdiagnosed as needing heart surgery, after the clinic was made aware of this they did nothing. I had an unnecessary heart surgery and almost died. This was in 2011. In 2020 I had a brain bleed as a result of being on aspirin and three other drugs known to thin the blood. I also had low platelets. I was later told by another doctor that the guidelines changed in 2017 and I should have never been on Aspirin. When I told the clinic about this, they said they are not obligated to go by the guidelines. I have personal knowledge of heads of administration having *** with patients and doctors. Of doctors having sexual relationships with nurses. I am filing legal complaints with all the licensing agents and will be taking legal action against this clinic. Beware!Review from Patricia B

My husband has seen **************** after a hospital release. He us a caring wonderful Doctor. We highly recommend him. And his staff are very professional. Great Doctor and staff. I have seen *************************** and he is a great doctor with a caring attitude. And his staff very professional.Review from Tim B

Doctor put things in my chart that were not accurate or plain untrue and refused to correct. Doctor refuses to answer any questions. Diagnosed me without proper information. Made contradictory statements. And Watson Clinic refuses to hold him accountable for his unprofessionalism. They are in fact acting unprofessional by ignoring my complaints.Review from Karen B

I took my 78 year old mother here because she was in pain. Because of her hmo Medicare she was denied treatment. My husband and i offered to be responsible for the bill and she was still denied treatment. So what do you do with people with insurance and people with no insurance. It is not an express care as a priority. Not being able to self pay your bill is confusing to me. Watson Clinic does not ever need to worry about my or my family service. They will not receive
