We were in need of repairs to our home from hurricane damage. I would like to thank Jack Hall Jr for hiring such quality, customer service oriented staff. From the beginning of this process, Fred ********* was responsive to our needs and provided assurance and guidance throughout the whole process. During construction, Joseph and Roman worked tirelessly and answered all my many questions without hesitation. They both displayed considerable knowledge and experience and always went the "extra mile" to provide us with quality work. Once completed, Robert ********, Project Manager and Daniel *******, General Manager came to the site for a final and thorough inspection. From beginning to end, everyone at Jack **** ** was courteous, and professional and provided quality work and service. We look forward to working with this team again in the future. Installed Patio roof continues to leak. Have reached out many times only to be ignored. They did make a few half-assed attempts to fix the the mess created by improper install but have apparently given up. Last contact was with Troy the friendly salesman who promised to resolve issue. That was 6 months ago . . . .Review from Carmen G.

I am very disappointed with Jack Hall Jr's Construction Inc. Several opportunities to prove me wrong. We were the ones to initiate all communications as they ignored our request of updating the process of the contract. Contract signed on November 3rd 2021, with installation for April - May of 2022. On July 30th 2022, we ended up cancelling contract as they were uncertain of the installation date as per owner. Now we are uncertain if the company will refund the down payment. After waiting all this time we have to add the headache of debating with them to refund our money. Sad

We cannot change that Ms ********* wants to cancel the order for her custom Windows she ordered. They are permitted and ready to schedule. The 1 star review does not change the circumstances. If she changes her mind and would like them installed. We would be happy to complete the work she ordered.
