A few months ago we had our master bathroom remodeled by Mark Brown Construction. It was so well done and with a very professional attitude, that we decided to have our downstairs half bath re-done, too. Glad we used Mark Brown again. Great job, including tile, painting and new commode. The job went as planned without a hitch. Thank you MBC for helping to beautify our home again. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the good job done by Jordan, the project manager. He kept the job going to the end and kept us informed of progress and addressed any issues that came up. I recommend this company to anyone looking to do any remodeling of their home. ****************

We have been working with Mark ***** for over a year. We have begged for communication, timely work, and above all quality work. He and Jordan have failed on all these. The workmanship is well below average and we are still trying to get things fixed that we addresses 3+ months ago. It seems they have given up on our project and do not care about us as the paying home owners. They have shown very little respect to us, do not keep us informed, and have done things to what they want without consulting us. The trim is being "fixed" with caulking and the brand new cabinets have scratches all over and they are using touch up kits. All these defects were caused by their workers and they do not appreciate that we are spending a lot of money for a new house, spending more money on storage, rent, and interest. They have given up and don't care. Our dream house has turned into a nightmare with very poor customer service. I would not recommend them.

This home remodel is still under construction, and not completed. We are working closely with everyone to resolve any and all pending issues. Communication for this project has been provided on a weekly basis and quality control has been addressed when appropriate.Customer Response

The repairs attempted to be fixed have been communicated by us since January. So after 3 months, there are attempts. Communication on a weekly basis has been only when I have to beg for it. And the handy man (not the owner or Project manager) has loudly yelled at my wife. Very unprofessional.
