I was delivered a motorized bed base from Rooms To Go via SEIDS on 01/05/24. The service was extremely unprofessional. The delivery drivers did not seem to care about my personal property at all, and they left scratches, trash, and loose screws everywhere around my bed. Ever since they installed the motorized bed base, my existing bed frame has been broken completely. The headboard is broken, and the side legs are broken. I have to be so careful getting on my bed so it doesn't fall apart. I was told that the bed base could fit into any existing bed frame by Rooms To Go, so I don't understand how this happened. I have been going back and forth with *****'s claims department since 02/03/24. According to *****'s claim department (specifically *********************), their company is not at fault for any damages caused, the adjustable base is incompatible with my bed, and it's my fault that the bed is falling apart. Then, how does that explain the missing screws? I replied to ****'s email explaining my frustrations and was not replied to. Overall, I have never interacted with a company more unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to help than SEIDS. After seeing other reviews, it seems this company has a history of breaking people's property without a care.Business response
