I bough my brand new built home in 2018. During my 1st year, I had minor electrical issues with my house. Kitchen receptacles would not work, garbage disposal would not work. Breakers kept switching off. I called Fore Electric who happened to be the subcontractor who did my house and they said it was just something minor and that I could take care of it. Second year went by and more breakers stopped working. It is year 3 and half of my kitchen is not working. I have contacted the builder and was told I was out of warranty. I contacted fore electric and they now say I was out of warranty. The kicker is that multiple residence have been having the same issue, on the exact same place of the home. Both the builder and the subcontractor have washed their hands. We need a resolution to our issue.Business response

To whom it may concern: The complaint filed by Ariel ******* on case #XXXXXXXX at *** ********* ** stating he has had issues with breakers in home tripping on appliance circuits in Kitchen. We are the electrical contractor for Southern Homes who build Mr. ******* home, we install quality top of the link Cutler Hammer panel and breakers in the home. We supply a one year warranty on parts and labor we installed for one calendar year of closing, so his warranty was out of date in 2019 after that calendar was over. We did respond to his warranty calls that he has placed during that period and took care of them. Unfortunately, materials don't last forever and could be affected by normal everyday wear and tear and also appliance loads on the breakers. We stand behind the products we install and have always responded to any of our builder's customer needs as far as warranty calls go. Alan ******** Vice President. Just a response; However, nothing has been resolved. I could understand if it were a couple of houses having the same problems. I have a list of unhappy homeowners having the exact same issues, in the exact same place of their home. The repairs have cost some hundreds and others thousands of dollars. Some of these homeowners have been out of work and out of electricity in some areas of their home. It still amazes me on how Fore Electric does not take responsibility. The fact is that they installed faulty and or cheap equipment and don't care to get to the root of the problem. How can they still do business? I called Southern Home and they told me they no longer use Fore Electric. All I asked is to make it right for me and my neighbors. Then again I would think they will make matters worse.
