The team at the Lazyboy store was great to work with ,lay everything out on paper that we were interested into buying ,the cost of each item and help with sales promotions and financing it was a very easy choice to buy here .Review from Barry B

Told us would be a month for delivery, it was 3months , after 2 months still lacked one piece. They are now made in ***** !!After the deliver 3 out of 4 mechanical furniture elements failed to work properly, which lead to 3 service calls , and failed to respond to one !! Zero way to contact service ***** The store also claims no way to get in touch. Paid 2 times as much as we ever paid. There was a time when they had a great reputation but not anymore shame on us for believing ! All .. stay away !!

Unfortunately, the information from *****Boys manufacturing plant was incorrect and required adjustment. As an independent dealer of *****Boy products, we understand the frustration and the burden this may have caused. We sincerely apologize for the longer-than-normal wait times and appreciate your patience.We want to reassure the customer that our products are meticulously crafted right here in *************. While some parts and fabrics are sourced from overseas, the manufacturing of your *****Boy furniture was completed in *************, ensuring the highest quality standards.We are disappointed to hear that service was difficult to reach. Our service members work Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM. The best way to get in touch is to submit a request via www.lzbflorida.com.We are confident that our service department will correct the customers concerns. All service visits and parts have been free to the customer under our one-year service warranty. A new motor for one of the recliner backs is currently on order; when it arrives, we will install it without charge to the customer.We thank the customer for allowing us to address their concerns. Should get -0- stars. After salesperson screwed up order they promised delivery but delivered love seat when order form said sofa. We had had all our living room furniture removed. Rather than leave the loveseat until the sofa arrived they insisted on removing it leaving us with only two occasional chairs in our living room for another two month wait. This companyGrieger Enterprises is the real ownerdid absolutely nothing to accommodate us for this extreme inconvenience. I recommend you never shop hereReview from Kristy D

Bought two new recliners ***** was our salesperson and she was excellent. She was very personable and took the time to make sure the fit was perfect. Also showed us the different options for fabric choices since we bought two different recliners that didnt have same fabric and had to match them.Review from Lucy M

We had a very positive experience with Lazy Boy. ****, our sales associate was very knowledgeable about the chairs we were interested in purchasing. He was also patient with us as we came in for numerous sit tests. **** was always ready and willing to answer our questions, even when we asked them over and over! There was never any pressure to buy, only good information and great customer service. I hope our ******************** will provide us with the same satisfaction as our sales experience with **** when it is delivered in approximately 6 weeks.Review from Mary D
