      Creative Edge does a great job with my lawn and keep my bushes and trees trimmed and make sure everything looks nice every time they service. They also landscaped my front yard a year ago and it looks wonderful.

      I would not recommend this company. We have paid for a new circle drive twice because this company didn't do a good job and left us with a dysfunctional, useless circle drive in the front of our house.

      The owner was rude toe and my mother when we approached him about how the service was with theowing and the trimming of the bushes. He also gave us an attitude about the mulch they put in that it caused all our bushes to start dieing. He had excuses for everything and an attitude. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend them. Also they do not keep up with maintenance of their equipment.

      This is very inaccurate of what actually happened. We have been servicing the yard for a while and they all kept the back gate locked. Occasionally weather, holidays, life happens and the crew would get a day behind which they did not like because they would have to be there to unlock the back gate. We received an email complaint and came out immediately to check the property because we take complaints very seriously. The property owners son was there and admitted to trimming some of the bushes that his mother had complained about not being trimmed well. We told them that the lawn/plants needed to be fertilized and watered. The soil was so dry and sandy, they had not been watering. The reason the lawn and plants had started to look bad had nothing to do with our service and everything to do with the lack of observation they had of their own yard. The son was very rude and trying to blame us, however, we come once a week to service the yard. We do not fertilize and we cannot make you water. We were not rude back but pointing out that these issues were not our doing. They did not want to take on any blame but blame us for things that are out of our control.

      After my father passed away last year is when we noticed things were going down hill with the service of the yard. When my mother asked when the shrubs were to be trimmed it was always next week with them due to them only allowed 15 minutes but only stayed 10 minutes tops every time and not taking the care to clean up. When it was finally done it was all uneven and the bushes looked like they were done by someone drunk. I had to purchase a trimmer myself to trim what was left to save the bushes and had to baby them by fertilizing them. There was always excuses from them about the trucks being down or lawn equipment, besides that the company trucks are not marked as being Creative Edge, but labeled as some patio company. My mother put in complaints by email and by phone and never got any response. When asked when they would trim the trees we were told it would be the following week that turned into 6 weeks of waiting with no response. The plants and yard are watered but due to the owner having 3 inches of diseased mulch put in the flower beds how can anything grow or live when water is not getting to them and causing fungus to grow on everything. Another lawn crew explained this to us as they are the ones that service our yard now. When my father was alive he asked the owner to inspect the irrigation system all he did was look at it and supposedly turned the water off to it. A plumber had to be the one to turn it off since the owner could not do it. There was never a response to the irrigation system being fixed. When the owner did come out to the complaint it was only due to us saying that we no longer needed his services since they could not get them done correctly is when he had an attitude with me and asked who I was. I dealt with him in a firm way never losing my temper unlike him where he smarted off to me and then my mother when she came out. He ignored my mother till she said you know this is your last day and he smarted off saying "yeah I know." This is a business that should not have any business when they can not treat their customers like they are valued.

      We had spoken to your mother several times, especially after her husband passed away and giving our condolences. This was the first time we had ever spoken to you sir. We were asked to trim the palms which we did. We did inform her it would be a few weeks due to the schedule being full for the side work. The truck that comes there was purchased and the schedule has been busy and we haven't had time to take it to put our name on it because we do not want any properties to get behind and we use that truck everyday. It is not unmarked for the reason of us not wanting anyone to know who it is. We never got a complaint about the hedges or about any trimmings being left behind so if you were told about that we were not. We also cannot help mother nature and working trucks go down from time to time whether it be a blown tire, brakes etc. these trucks work everyday with heavy equipment in them and unfortunately things happen. No one was ever rude to your mother in law my husband wasn't rude to you either he was being factual and you did not want to hear it because you were blaming us for things out of our control. I am the one that delt with your mother in law most and we always had many pleasant conversations. The day David came out wasn't because she was cancelling service it was because we care enough to figure out why someone wants to cancel so we can stop any issues that may be our crews fault. The mulch had no disease on it and the "other lawn crew" that told you that isn't being honest because that doesn't happen and we also used the same mulch for many other customers. And yes sir it is frustrating when you come out and someone like you points fingers and tries to blame someone for things that are out of their control like not watering or fertilizing your lawn and plants. We cater to our customers as we did your mother in law. The only complaint we were ever made aware of was not coming the same day on a few occasions. If there was a trimming issue that we weren't made aware of we apologize we would have fixed any issues had we of known. We do get new crew members sometimes and we fix anything like that that may occur. We are glad you found a new company that makes you all happy but please do not try to discredit us, our business, and our livelihood because of things that weren't our fault and no one wants to take blame. Again these aren't excuses we are maligning these are facts.
