      This company started doing lawn service for me about 1 year ago. Told that the small amounts of Bermuda I had he could treat and my St. ********* would grow back. I also has a ant problem he claims he could treat.I trusted them and communicated on several occasions that the yard looked awful and the ant problem is worse.He convinced me.it would get better. My yard is now destroyed because of his lies and the poor job he did.When confronted face to face on April 19th he didn't let me speak he told me it was my fault I didn't take care of it.This is false we have a expensive irrigation system that runs twice a week.Very unprofessional and I believe they don't know what they are doing. My fence lines have no grass now and my yard will need all new grass in areas.

      The day of concern I met with *****. She confronted me about not showing up. I explained I was waiting to get in contact with her before continuing to service property. She said I did not reach out, I told her I text her and called her phone. She kept referring to ******** chat, I told her I do business using the phone. I explained that her issues were from a watering issue during the 100-degree weather in ******* summer. She claimed it was not and she had an "expensive irrigation system" (I supplied a screen shot of her a week before we met claiming her irrigation was having issues) She kept talking into her camera on her house saying she would post it on ********, she did not for I was being respectful and explaining what was going on. I left with her berating me about me owing her a refund. She has only paid $845 total.
      Update to today: I came out to service her 3 neighbors. As I was talking and treating the lawns she came back after she left, and her boyfriend comes out and watches me for 50 minutes. Then he approached me aggressively egging me on to fight. When walking toward me I told the lady **** I was servicing her lawn, that "This guy is trying to fight me, just in case you call the cops." This made him call me some words. As he walked away, he said, "He would catch me in the streets" I Laughed at him. He then left in his truck and threw a soda drink into my work truck window. (Pictures also attached of the aftermath of this) I feel a full refund should not be required due to the irrigation causing the issues at hand and now, being approached in a manner of aggression.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is absolutely not true. My backyard is destroyed with chinch bugs now and dead grass to which I had beautiful *************** and now it's dead and full of bugs. This gentleman did not do his job he destroyed my yard and didn't show up. On multiple occasions we reached out do to the ants and bugs that were outside in the lawn and in the house. He never answered us.

      Not once did he text me or call me. (If he does bussiness by phone). I have phone records to prove this. I also have records from *********** that my watering system is in good standing and 3 new estimates with emails on the bugs in the lawn and the Bermuda that has killed my lawn. He claimed to fix this.

      Regarding his nonsense with my Husband. This is absolutely not true by any means. My husband gets up at 730 when I bring our daughter to school. My husband leaves at 815 for work I get back at 8am. I left at 730 and was back at 8. My husband went outside to speak with him and waited to talk in private as he didn't want to involve the neighbors.  My husband would never do what he is claiming.  He is not a child we are grown adults. He just told him, swearing and screaming at his wife is not ok. Also that he owes us a refund for killing our lawn and not showing up or returning emails.

      This gentleman serviced 2 neighbors but after speaking with them and warning them it won't be long he will not be needed.

      I have nit gotten a response that the company wants to refund me anything. What is the next step?
