            This establishment incorrectly scheduled me for an 11am appointment when I had requested, and verified, a 12pm appointment. They charged me $50 for a no-show fee even though it was there mistake. When we asked the manager about it, she was incredibly rude and immediately cancelled my husbands membership without first receiving the official cancellation documents. I've since cancelled my own account and they still refuse to refund the memebership cost. I'm requesting the past amount of $140, $70 per membership month, to be refunded to my account since the appointment was never used and we never legally cancelled our membership. The manager did it without our consent after being incredibly unprofessional and rude.

            This place has denied me services, even though I have paid through a monthly membership. The manager ***** is extremely rude and lied to me when she told me my massage therapist had to leave for a medical emergency when in fact, she was still in the building. The manager has mocked my medical condition and refused to call corporate when *** asked. She told me she would cancel my membership and give me my money back and when I agreed to it, then she said that she would need to get approval before she could give me my money back, so I never got my money back today. I scheduled Massage and the massage therapist was not in the building. She told me to leave and locked the door behind me.

            The client was refused services due to severe medical conditions. The memberhship verbage states that we reserve the right to refuse anyone with medical conditions that we do not feel comfortble with treating, it is a precaution for the clients well being.

            It is better served that this client seek out a medical massage at a qualified hospital, our therapist are fully licensed but do not hold any medical degees to deal with clients who have serious health conditions.

            I have refunded the client for her services that she DID NOT even attend and also gave her a free massage. I consoled her and told her that we will cancel her membership as to not have her pay anymore monthly fees because she can not attend due to her health.
