Per attached agreement, I provided a $3,000 refundable deposit if the unit for purchase was not the size I needed we could void agreement and received a full refund. I sent written notice to my salesperson back on 11.22.23. We also spoke over the phone. He has verbally replied and replied via email he would cancel my order and provide a full refund. He has stopped responding to my emails. I have also called accounting and left voice mails. It is against ******* Law to withhold a refundable refund once a written cancellation is provided agreement is terminated. I have also filed a dispute with my card holder.Initial Complaint

On May 1, 2023 my wife and I purchased an RV from ******** of Lakeland. During the process of actually purchasing the RV the financial manager(Russ) put the incorrect amounts/info on our paperwork compared to the amounts/info we agreed upon via email. When we brought up the discrepancy the financial manager argued with us about the information until we showed him the emails. During the argument he got very loud and unprofessional (yelling) back and forth with my wife. During this argument the sales manager (Rich) came over and helped settle things down. He apologized to my wife and me and said that is not how ******** does business and said he contacted "corporate" to send us a $500 check for the inconvenience. Rich said the $500 check would be mailed to us within 30 days. It has been about 100 days now and I still have not received the check. I have called Rich 6 times about it and every time I get the same answer. He says he will email "corporate" accounting and that I should have it in a couple weeks. I have asked numerous times for an email/text for an update and Rich says he will, but he never does. I am asking for the BBB to help me get the $500 check that was promised by this dealership and sales manager. Thank you.Customer response
