    Was charged a fee of $2.48 for free and easy returns. And then when I tried to return the item was told it was a final sale and could not be returned. There was only one item in my shipment so I want the $2.48 back.

    I made over ten orders on 12/1/24. I sent in a message, privately, to customer service in regards to *********************** response on a Live to a question one friend asked about seeing an item. She didnt like my message because it didnt shed light on her. Therefore she blocked, cancelled all orders made that day and previous days causing everyone that day that ordered with me to not be receiving any of the Christmas items. I can not see my my previous orders which are well over ten thousand dollars and the messages (correspondence) between customer service and myself for financial history. There was no threatening on my part, no crude language or vulgar language just merely stating her attitude towards me and others wasnt not kind. She did respond giving me more grief and insult to my original message. I have never dealt with any company small or large that takes away the rights of my financial transactions and then cancels all orders. Everything that I sent to her has been recorded just as the live she now has deleted my comment on. It has hurt many people that ordered. My husband ordered the next day fr his account and he received a refund with no explanation and a canceled account as well. Not only is she unethically and immorally treating my account she is doing this to my husband. I can not even open the application to revive my monies paid now he can not. This is everything that is wrong with owners that take their power and use it against the consumer that has a minor complaint with their company. They didnt refund the damaged items I wrote in about in the past but they can cancel my entire account for stating she is a fake person. I didnt do it Live which I very well could have because I wouldnt act like that. It is a very much high school mean girl mentality that is now affecting good hard working people that thought to spend a lot of money with her company.

The conduct exhibited in this case bordered on bullying and harassment, which is something we take very seriously.     Alexas Apology: Alexa expressed sincere apologies during the live. It was never her intention to cause any distress or offense, and she deeply regrets if her tone came across in a way that upset you.     Account Access and Order History: We understand the importance of having access to your financial history and order details. An email summary was sent to you containing information about every order placed and shipped, which includes detailed information on your purchases.     Refunds and Cancellations: We immediately refunded the customers orders, including those from your husband's account. It generally takes 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your checking account(s).

    I am rejecting this response because: if this business was truly about positivity than Alexa would not have replied the way she had and if it was taken out of context than as a loyal customer and one that has spent thousands of hard earned money that has never been rude or disrespectful to anyone including Alexa, she could have shown understanding in the misinterpretation and found a mutual respect and understanding of the situation. Instead she decided to be the bully and block and cancel all Christmas orders for multiple families and not even allow my husband to shop. He didnt do anything. I didnt do anything but vocalize my feelings PRIVATELY about the live and her replies. That would be a company and owner that cared about her loyal and respectful customers.I have given all my business to her company and she decided that because I said politely how I felt I wasnt deserving. She not only harmed and hurt me as a person she harmed and hurt the ones that were relying on their presents at a reasonable price they could afford. That is not a company that is built and stands for positivity and respect especially non bullying as she is doing exactly that but through her ability to cut off accounts. I have been nothing but a promoting and respectful consumer spreading her name and products to many people and also donating outfits to good in need people. This is the cruelest act from a company owner I have ever witnessed and it is not only spiritually wrong it is professionally wrong. Those are my transactions. Those are my funds and my history that are being taken away from me. Those were my orders for over ten little girls that she took away just because she didnt like someone calllng her out for her behavior which I have all recorded and documented. If she truly cared for her Bar Babes she would have tried to find a resolution not an exit for a loyal and honest customer that actually cares about the people I watch and enjoy. This is unprofessional and you wont even allow communication outside of this. My emails have been denied and my account is not registered. How can someone who spent over 10k not be recognized? I was a business owner for many years and I found resolution if someone was of complaint or concern. I never would have treated anyone that you have treated me and many others now that I have found out. Please dont say you are a company that is about positivity when you exercised cruel punishment instead of kindness with resolution. That is not a positive and anti bullying company. I was good to a company that would rather block me than work with me on such a truly small issue on the scale of problems. Remember you chose to take away my orders for many people, over 10 orders. Who does that but is a positive and respectful company? That by no means was respecting my feelings or my plans for those orders. It is wrong and cold and unprofessional. I hope there is some way Alexa can see how wrong this action was. She hurt many families. For her own sake.

    Her companys app holds all the transactions and history of monies paid, returns made and any / all correspondence's made between customer and the customer. When the consumers account is blocked for no future purchases it doesnt allow you to go into any of your account. It simply states email is not registered, and will not allow you to make a new account. That is taking away the consumers rights to every piece of information that occurred while shopping with this company. You can not hold transaction information, especially financially, from the consumer. This has happened many times when someone has simply said something they may be taken negatively about Alexa. Alexa should not have the power to withhold financial information and/or any history made with the company. When you spend thousands of dollars with a company you would think they would try to provide kindness and resolution not high school bullying and power moves. Consumers have the right to their purchases. There is no other company that has or does operate in this nature. I believe if I were a threatening or cruel person it would be a complaint not worth writing but I was a loyal and respectful consumer that cared about the company and their family members they presented. My personal and financial information should be accessible. My orders should be fulfilled for these people that are relying on them. She isnt willing to refund my defective items and gift card but she can cancel my orders. This whole situation is severely unacceptable and affecting my health and the families whom ordered thru me. This may seem like a minor issue but actions and behaviors that she is displaying needs to stop. It is not legal to keep access from financial transactions. She changed the live so she could very well change the history of consumers. There is not one person that would ever say I was a negative person however I somehow was so terrible I needed to be exiled out of the purchasing and account access of this company? This is not a simple matter. Not anymore. She is playing a power move for the wrong reasons and it is hurtful truly when I spent every extra ***** I had with this company. I will not allow this matter to go silent. I dot deserve this treatment and my friends dont deserve to be back handed with her decision to erase and have a mo entry to my account. And to do that to my husband was completely uncalled for. We are adults. The many people that have had their accounts blocked should have the right to their history:l/ period. I truly will miss the lives and the jewelry. The fun that the community shares but you shouldnt have to be fund of Alexa to be apart of it. And that has been clearly shown that this was the issue. All the messages are very black and white between her and I. Inevitably she was the bully

    I placed my first order with this company on 07/05 for two pairs of jeans. Although the tracking information shows they were delivered I never received the package. I was advised to file a claim with the post office, which I did. It was denied. I have not been assisted by the company. I have sent several emails asking for help.

    By Alexa Rae ** I placed an order for a necklace and a sweater, totaling $85.00, and the items never arrived. The items show as shipped, however I have not received them. This boutique proceeded to call me names and cancel and delete my account when I reported non receipt of their items. This boutique and its owner, Alexa ******* and ************************* are extremely dishonest, thieves, and like to steal from hard working citizens. This boutique should be investigated and put out of business for deceptive business practices! I will be reporting this as fraudulent to my bank, as well as the ***** and state attorneys office. This is unacceptable, and inappropriate. **************** refuses to assist me with obtaining a refund regarding stolen funds, and nothing received.

    According to **** the package was delivered and I included a screenshot of the tracking confirming the delivery.  If the package was not received ********* will need to file a claim with ****.  *********'s account is not deleted, she is blocked for vulgar comments on our live shows, calling people names and such.  We take great pride in running a ********* placed business and having a safe place for women to come and shop without negativity.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is pervasively false and fraudulent in nature; this small business refuses to issue refunds to persons that shop with them, despite not having received goods previously paid for. As of 03/23/2024, I can confirm I have NOT received any orders that I have purchased and again paid for; I have submitted several requests to the **** as directed by By Alexa Rae ******** support; and have been told that they are not going to refund me, nor assist with rectifying the matter appropriately in any fashion. This company operates in a grossly fraudulent nature, and should be shut down immediately as such.

    The shorts I ordered have a date on the packaging of 1/18/24. Order number 2698441.$49.00 plus shipping and tax I'm a new customer and needed assistance using the code NEW15. (It didn't work) I went ahead and made the purchase. When emailing for reimbursement, they said they can't refund me the 15% off.They should always take care of their customers. I didn't think I was asking for too much. I will never purchase from these people again.

    I did not receive an item that was billed to me. I moved and several months later saw a charge on my card that I did not recognize from this company. I reported fraud to my bank and closed my card. Somehow this crazy company found my account info and billed me again for something I never received!!!!! I have spoken to a rep from their company and told them this and yet they continue to try to collect money from me. I have purchased from them several times even after I moved to my new home. So why would I dispute this if I actually ordered it or had it? They would rather lose a customer than to take a loss. I want this to stop. I have already closed my card that I had multiple payments set up on. Then this company finds a way to auto deduct my checking account. I don't think this is legal what they are doing. They owe me $44.85 for a dress I never received. All they keep showing me is a tracking confirmation to an address I have not lived at since October 2021. There is a new owner living there.

If she will write back in and ask for Shevaun I will take care of this for her. I will need a card that I can refund the order to because it cannot be refunded to the original form of payment due to the card being cancelled. I would love to get this resolved for you.

    I ordered multiple things from this business and they closed my account and took my money and didn't send out the orders. I've contacted them on many different platforms and get no reply.

We went ahead and refunded that to MC ending in **** as well. That refund should have already been processed by now. We wish ******** the best, we just think that our boutique wasn't the one for her. They let multiple women gang up on and bully me and blocked me when I stood up for myself. Their boutique isn't for anyone who doesn't like making rude slick comments and hanging up on one woman. They're the worst example of Christians and only stand up for certain "supporters" of theirs. I was banned for standing up to at least ten women coming at me. Their boutique definitely isn't the place for me. I still haven't received my money but hopefully will this week. If so I will update. I'm not the only woman who felt belittled and bullied on their lives either. Read their fb reviews and you'll see how they continue to treat others.
