      Save yourself the trouble. Totally disorganized and incompetent. Or they just don't want to pay for my glucose sensor. They sent me emails about a problem with an order with their number on them and then ******* in their office insists I call my provider in spite of the fact they've contacted them several times in the last 6 weeks. Transferred everything to my local CVS.

      I want to file a complaint about the negligence in my pharmacy care while I have been receiving prescriptions from ********, I was overnighted liquid medications with zero needles to take the medication with. Had to pull teeth and talk to a manager to get them sent to me. This resulted in me not taking my very expensive medications for a very expensive procedure.I tried to get a refill for 3-1/2 hours yesterday was put on hold till 5pm and then was told the supervisor (whom I asked for and hour and a half earlier) left and they cant overnight my prescription cause its too late in the day, despite saying repeatedly that they would be able to earlier in the day. Now I cant get my records from them was on the phone getting shifted to different people, hung up on, and talked over for 3 hours!!! HIPPA VIOLATION!!! I was also told no supervisor will talk to me and they will not fill a prescription for me in the future due to wanting answers.. ??TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Zero ethics or responsibility for their duty to myself and what looks like a LOT of others. They dont care about you or your health!They are single handily killing the Carlyle Groups name and reputation! They are stealing my time, money, and peace of mind through what should be a fun and enjoyable time, but they have made it a stressful period with terrible customer service and lies!!!

      This pharmacy is actively trying to scam prescription money out of my insurance and lying on my character about it to them. They make claims to my insurance for 60-day-supply refills when they only dispense me 30 days worth of medication. Ive been shorted on at least two prescriptions every month since switching from my previous pharmacy, and it is a NIGHTMARE trying to explain issues to their customer service. 9 times out of 10 they send me back to my insurance to report the discrepancy, then accuse me of hoarding medication when my insurance calls to investigate and ultimately fall back on the inaccurate claims theyve submitted. Ive been in physical pain so frequently and put through so much stress this year because of this pharmacy. Walking and driving are very difficult for me, this was meant to be a resolution to picking up from my local pharmacy. Instead my autoimmune condition is flaring... DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!

      I want to file a complaint about the negligence in my pharmacy care while I have been receiving prescriptions from ********. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get assistance, which is very difficult since I work long hours already. I have had to ask family members to call for me, since I have waited an hour on my lunch break on hold and must return to work. I was told over the span of a month on three different calls that my prescription was filled and being sent to me. It never arrived, so I called back. Again I would be told it was filled and being sent. My insurance was going to expire, so I was anxious to get this resolved since I would have a delay between insurance coverage. Finally, I was told that they could see where they had told me repeatedly that it was filled, but they made an error and never actually sent it to me. Then they said it was too late, my insurance expired. They had the prescription for a month prior to my insurance expiring and they never filled it, despite saying repeatedly that they would. There is a serious lack of ethics and responsibility with ********. They have not responded to my customer service complaint. I hope that I never am forced to use them again. If my employer started using ******** specialty pharmacy, I would seriously consider switching jobs. It's just that bad.

      I have been waiting for my prescription since August 1st. It is now August 16th and I have still yet to receive my prescription. I have called customer service many times and I get the run around from them. How can a Company like this operate?

      This company handles my prescription drug program for my employer. It seems people are only writing negative reviews but my experience with them has been different. I go to my local retail pharmacy and pick up my meds each month and pay my copays or less. No problems to speak of. My spouse has a medication that needed prior authorization and we had to wait a few days for the doctor to get the data to WellDyne but in the end it was approved and he has done well on it. We have tried their mail order service. It was fine, I pay less copays through mail but overall I am just not a fan of mail order and prefer the personal interaction of visiting my local pharmacy each month. I've called their customer service on several occasions and always ended up with someone that was able to help despite being on hold a few minutes during high call volume times. I've had various employers over the years use various Pharmacy Benefit Managers and ultimately I understand that how they manage my plan aligns with the drug selection choices that my employer has selected,

      WellDyne is awful. They should not be in business at all. On hold for an hour at one point trying to get in touch with a supervisor. I finally hung up after the hour wait and still talked to no one. They had a prescription of mine since 3/12/2024, and did not act on it. I am finally getting the medication after 6 weeks. I've seen zombies and Sloths move faster than WellDyne. If I could have given WellDyne negative stars I would've. ******** says "Drugs work only if the patient takes them, refills them on time, and commits to therapy." Guess what WellDyne drugs also work when a pharmacy acts in a quick and timely manner on the prescription and or refill. 6 weeks is not quick and timely.

      Have s stubborn bacteria in my lungs. Have tried two oral antibiotics multiple times since Dec. Not getting better and is making asthma bad. Have history of bad infection years ago with same bug requiring lung decortication surgery. Doctor ordered inhaled antibiotics requiring prior authorization. Despite getting worse every day they have 10 business days to decide on whether or not i can get this potential life saving antibiotic. To pay out of pocket for a 28 day dose it is over ******,

      One star is generous. If I could give 0 I would. This is the biggest sham of a drug company I have ever seen.They make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get every single medication you are prescribed. It is an insanely lengthy phone tag approval debauchle over every single medication you are prescribed.Their customer service is unknowledgeable and totally unhelpful. They try to scam 90 day supplies out of doctors for medications you may only need a small supply of. They take forever getting medication to you after weeks of you and your doctor going back and forth with them over supply amounts.I can't believe this company can operate legally in *******. It is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have so little confidence in their ability that when I finally do get medication, I bring it to the pharmacy down the street to make sure they haven't given me something wrong that could kill me because that's how inept this company and all of it's employees are.
