Leak under my slab. on 12/19/2022 Salesman sold me on over $11k worth of repiping. Ok that's fine I get it. Told me it would be a 3 day job and work would start on Tuesday. Appointment set for 8-10am on Tuesday 12/20/2022. Plumber shows up at 11am, works for about an hour, takes a lunch, and then starts packing up at 3:30 for a 3:45 departure. Next day rolls around, supposed to have plumbers here between 8-10am again. It's now 4:30 in the afternoon and no plumber. I have called multiple times and have not been given any real answers or timelines. I'm on day 10 without hot water and they have $11k+ to do this job. The lady who answers the phones promised me calls back 4 times in the afternoon and never once got a call back. My wife and I are rotating days at home to accommodate the plumbers. Wife sat home the entire day today and nothing. That's a sick day used that she'll never get back. On the last call to All Pro, the lady told me that her manager said he called and talked to my wife and rescheduled. That's not true. They don't have her phone number and she received no calls.
