We developed a leak in our slab on Wednesday, June 28th. called All Pro Plumbing and they came that same day. being an emergency, i was happy they came so promptly. although their quote seemed a little high, we opted to go with them because they had financing available and they would be able to come the next day and re-plumb the entire house in 4 days. we did not get the entire plumbing project finished until August 16th, took 2 times to get inspection approval from the county. In the contract, they are not responsible for any damage to drywall or tile. gives them a green light to make a mess of wallboard and any tile removal in the shower. they stepped through my ceiling in the garage and tried to cover it up. they unplugged my chest freezer and did not plug it back in. they begrudgingly reimburse me 750 dollars for this. there were other problems with damages but because i cashed that check, i was told that was all they had to do. truly not any professional ethic to their work and i can not recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Our 20' main waterline hookup pipe burst causing a swamp in the backyard. All Pro was promptly on-site in the middle of a mini-typhoon type thunderstorm and the repair was completed with new pipe, valves, and all trenching and pumping out required. The yard in our mobile home park is full of old unused copper pipes that are buried, so this job was a plumber's nightmare, but Ronaldo and Ryan were able to figure it out after an extensive check under the house to determine exactly what pipe was the water supply. While other plumbing companies couldn't even come to give an estimate for 2 weeks, All Pro was on site and the hook up completed in just 5 hours from my emergency call. They also did a great job at a fair price replacing our antique 1968 bathtub faucet while we had them here, so in the future, we know who we'll be calling whenever we need a first-class plumber fast in Lakeland.

This review is for All Pro Plumbing in lakeland Florida. I had a leaky pcv valve under kitchen sink repaired at the elbow . It was 1/2 inch elbow. It took approximately 10 minutes to fix. I never received an itemized invoice. What i got was a handwritten email stating he replaced the 1/2 elbow time i was charged 1 hr and charged 614.00.I did not write it wrong you are seeing this correctly 614.00. I was appalled. I am an elderly woman and i believe i was taken advantage of. . I spoke with 2 different plumbers and was told after seeing the pictures and what was replaced it was no more than 125.00 job. I was scammed by this company. the next morning i called to speak to the owner 3 times regarding this situation no response. Today which is Friday 2 days later I called 4x the girl answering the phone was very rude and said he will get to calling me back when he can. I did give them a review on google and also on BBB website. I intend on making a formal complaint against this company I did call my bank to dispute the charge and will take them to small claims court if necessary. I will make a formal complaint with the BBB next week if I don’t hear from the owner regarding this matter.

Update: I am still waiting for an [requested previously] itemized bill. Even though service has not yet been completed, my VISA account was charged the full amount on Jan 16 (10 days ago). Terrible service from the company. The plumber (Grant) has tried to make things right. - Initially called to have drain pipe repaired on a utility sink. - Plumber pointed out problem and need to replace entire sink. - Incorrect sink was ordered by the company (wall mount instead of floor version with legs). - Didn’t realize different sizes, and smaller size had been ordered. - Plumber installed with legs from old sink as temp until correct legs could be ordered. - Service was scheduled for Monday afternoon. Received a call late morning that the plumber was out sick and no one else was available. - Installation scheduled for following day (Tuesday) and given window of 8:00 to 10:00. - Received call from company at 10:30 that there was a problem with the order and part(s) were sent somewhere else. - Later that day (Tuesday) I received a text message from the company that service was scheduled for Wednesday (between 8 and 10). I had never been contacted to discuss this and agree on a convenient time. No one showed up. I did receive a call (about 10:45 am) from the owner wanting to “make things right.” My reply was that I just want the job done and want an itemized bill since my VISA had been charged the full amount and the job had yet to be completed. - I have requested that a new (correct size) sink be ordered and installed with no additional charge.
