    Scammers. Quote you a ridiculously high price, and then bring it down, down, down, making you feel like $530 is a good price to install customer purchased parts for kitchen faucet and toilet flapper. Took plumber 40 minutes. I paid them a $265 deposit, and after seeing that it only took him 40 minutes, I refused to sign anything and said that's all this job is worth. Goodbye. They are harassing me by email and text. Don't do business with a company that has their workers "negotiate" prices with you, and don't do business with a company that says they have 'flat rate' prices. That means they charge you a price no matter how long the job takes. Either you win or they win. Very unfair, especially for a senior citizen living on a fixed income. People like to take advantage of people like me. Shame on them! The plumber admitted this company is new to ******** and wants to 'grow' their business. This is no way to grow a business. All my neighbors agree, "You got taken, that job was not a $530 job". I want nothing further to do with this business. Stand Up for Yourself! Don't let people like this scam you!

    1. Flat Rate Pricing: We utilize a flat rate pricing structure to provide transparency and consistency in our pricing. This method ensures that customers know the cost upfront, regardless of how long the job takes. It prevents unexpected charges and allows for clear financial planning, especially for those on fixed budgets. Our intention is always to be fair and straightforward, not to negotiate or inflate prices.

    2. Providing Options: When we visited your home, we presented options to either replace the faucet or repair it under warranty. You chose the repair option, which required ordering parts and making a return visit. We collected a signature, which serves as a binding contract to confirm the agreed-upon work and pricing.

    Service Details:

    3. Scope of Work: Upon our return, our technician replaced multiple parts of your kitchen faucet and the flapper in your toilet, as per your initial request. Additionally, you asked for the shut-off valve for the toilet to be replaced, but it was not part of the original agreement.

    4. Follow-Up and Communication: We have records of our communications, including text messages where you confirmed the scope of work. After the job was completed to your satisfaction, you requested the technician to leave and subsequently indicated that you would not be paying for the services rendered.

This situation is the first instance of a complaint regarding our pricing structure. We always strive to accommodate our clients' financial needs while ensuring high-quality service. 

    6. Ongoing Communication: Our follow-up communications were intended to resolve the situation amicably and ensure you were satisfied with the service. We regret that these efforts were perceived as harassment. We also will continue to follow up to receive payment for the services that we agreed upon.
