              2.5 years ago James Pool Care refinished my pool, sub contractors through them applie the final layer (diamond brite) 9/3/2021 a 1 foot area came up from the bottom of our pool. Contacted James Pool care day after. Sent someone out a week later. Talked about putting a mosaic turtle over the hole. I might have been ok with this but it was going to just look out of place on the bottom of the pool to have a random piece (turtle). I asked if I could see other mosaics or designs to have on the pool. James Pool care couldn't give me a pamphlet or even send me an exact website to go look through and find design. While the time passed I thought about how thing the finish later was. Less than 1/4, diamond brite requires 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick layer fit proper bonding . Is the rest of my pool to thin as well? We'll calls to an employee from their business have went unanswered and when voicemails left calls not always returned and not a voicemail left. Other issues as well. Ran out of spac

              Our HOA has used James ************ and would recommend this company for any commercial pool cleaning or resurfacing. The communication is above board from every aspect, service is prompt, reacts when needed and we have never had a ***************** issue. Logs are maintained and we are always notified of all State and County Health Regulations changes.
