      I order items that were supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. The items never arrived and the seller refuses to respond to a request for refund citing the items are still in transit despite the order shipping nearly 90 days ago.

      This company has been scamming all Americans. Plus size WOMEN is the target. The don't advertise that there clothing comes from China l. Then they make there clothes smaller then what you requested so when ask to return they only offer to give you half what you paid. They try to make a profit off sending the wrong items in the first place. They numerous negative reviews in which I have done my homework before purchasing. They are scamming advertising on all social media sites.

      I placed a order with this company on 04/17/2022.I order 2 jumpsuits totaling 63.84.I have contacted this company at least 10 times regarding this order they have sent me several different tracking numbers the first few that was bogus then they sent one that tracking never updated and when it did -it stated item was coming from China .This company is listing it self on line as a us company. But when you go to company contact us it is show address in London but the tracking number they sent me says from China but I have not received anything and now the company has stopped responding to me emails .I just want my money back at this point and now that I have googled it so many people have complained about this company being a scam.

      On 4/3/22 I made a purchase for $159.26 with this company for a total of 5 items. I have not received any of my items smh have emails the company several times regarding my order and keep receiving the same empty email that my items are on the way. This company initially provided me with a tracking number that had no updates and then on 4/25 they told me that my package would be delivered in 7-10 days. Then on 5/7 they stated that my package would arrive shortly. For two weeks my package has been sitting in a brooklyn postal facility however when I contacted the usps they are unable to locate said package. I want a refund and this company needs to be shut down for scamming people out if their money.

      I placed an order with Diva New Look online on March 30th. It was stated that I would receive my item within 7-14 days. My order number was *******. I have been tracking my order. It still hasn't shipped. There is no contact number for this company. I sent them an email with no response. I at least want a refund.

      I order from clothing website Divanewlook. I have repeatedly asked for a receipt. I have yet to get one. I still do not have the items I ordered

      I placed an order with a clothing company I now see is a scam. As I see my order has not shipped, I'm requesting to cancel and get a refund and they are telling me I have to wait until I receive the shipment and refuse. This makes no sense as it hasn't even shipped. The company is now advertising under a new name.

      I placed an order with the Diva New Look online on Feb 26th and have yet to receive any product. It is well past the 14 days to deliver and I have reached out to the company asking for shipping status. The company then submitted an untrackable shipping number with the USPS. The shipping status from the date of order till today remains unchanged. I informed the company the products are no longer needed since the event has passed to kindly cancel my order, no response was received.

      Hello I ordered a bra on 01-25-2022 when I received the item it was not the correct size at all . I emailed the company requesting my money back. The problem im having is where they want me to send the item in order to get my money back. I am to send this to China when the item wasnt sent to me from China! i received my item from 371 Little Falls Rd ste 4, Cedar Grove NJ, 07009 but the address Im to send the bra back to is Chinese factory , room ***************************************************************************************************************** China I do not have a clue on how to adddress this and why should I have to send this to China when it was not sent to me from China. and the address you have on file the company is in Florida!!
