  Initially contacted Lakeland Septic on July 24th as we need a new tank and drain field (ours is 1940’s and has collapsed). We agreed on price, received the loan and have begun paying it off. Lakeland Septic company continues to give us the run around. On multiple occasions they’ve given us a date on when they would come to our home. We waited around each time with no response. The lack of communication with this company has been the worst. We would be understanding if they could at least update us instead of stringing us along, but they can’t be bothered to reach out. First, they passed our home and said we had branches in the way which we immediately resolved. A few weeks pass and all of a sudden our gate was too small for their dump truck company. Last we heard, they found a new company and job was supposed to be done 10/30. Big surprise, 10/30 comes and goes with NO contact. I’ve reached out via phone and ******** messenger every single day since. They’ve read my messages but haven’t responded, and they haven’t answered their phone or called back. Would love to have this taken care of.

  We responded back every time this customer reached out to us. The entry to the property has narrow gates and an old culvert underneath which is why the companies we attempted to hire to supply the dirt we needed would not attempt it. They wanted to dump the dirt in the road or ditch which we wouldn’t do. We kept reaching out to other dump truck haulers to find a smaller truck with no luck. After several frustrating failed attempts to get this job done we finally notified the customer that we would have to pass on the job. 
  

  The loan received was not through us and no money was ever paid to our company for anything. We offered to pump the tank for free while we were arranging the dirt and we even got an extension on the permit for them. We have apologized for the way things turned out, it was a very frustrating situation and it got to a point where it was hard to even tell the customer that we had another attempt fall through. We cannot say sorry enough. 
  

  Out of the thousands of jobs we have done this one went bad without ever even doing any work, our name and reputation was drug through the mud on ******** over one bad experience and we hope our reputation out shines this one bad experience and if there is anything we can do we would love to do that.
