********************* 50 reviews18 photos WOW, this owner, ******, has a HORRIBLE attitude and poor customer service!I have a closing set for Monday next week (today is Wednesday, and Thursday is July 4th, so offices are closed), I am asking for the number that will be required to bring to closing. She tells me that there is an issue with title to the mobile home. I can understand that, but that is the sellers responsibility. I asked her 3 times, assuming that things get resolved and we still close Monday, what number will I need to bring? (I have still not been provided a good faith estimate thus far). I have no idea what the closing costs will be AT ALL! She's worried about prorations if we don't close Monday. I explained to her that I am not concerned with that. Again I asked her for the number for Monday if all goes as planned. She said she will get it to me as soon as she can, and I told her I am not aware of her capabilities (Although I'm sure it's just a few clicks of her computer at this point) so when should I expect it, and she said "I don't know." As if this was her first day on the job, yet she's the owner!I'm just wanting to get my finances in line (cash purchase, no financing.) After pressing again, she finally said within 2 hours. Not to mention the ENTIRE conversation, when I was speaking she cut me off MULTIPLE times in the middle of me talking.There are OVER 300 title companies in *********** alone, so please choose wisely, there has to be a better one that this (There is, I've used many others before.)

We do not allow clients to yell, berate and abuse our staff. We choose to conduct ourselves professionally and when the conversation becomes inappropriate, we will redirect or end the call. In your particular closing, we had everything ready within 3 days of receiving your contract.  Your accusations are simply not true.  Not only did you have numbers on Wednesday, but you had a complete set of closing documents for the closing on Monday and we professionally answered all of your questions.
