            I have contacted this company about shipping an item I have paid for at Gov-Planet I put down $55 payment on Saturday July 16 2022 and as of today I found out that this company was way over charging me to send this. I checked with UPS and they are only going to charge me $16.95 to ship this. So I contacted the VeriTread back to cancel and have my down payment refunded to me. When I called them the male on the line was rude and told me I can not get my down payment returned.

            This company repeatedly over charges and then blames the customer for their failures. Horrible company to deal with. I highly recommend staying away from them They like to gas light you by telling you how competitive they are but then deliver rates that are way higher than my normal carriers. I dont appreciate how they then blame me for things like communication when it is clearly their failure to contact me if there are critical info missing that then need to develop a good quote which I have yet to see! Just like the customer below. They dont contact you to give good customer service to find out what they can do better. Instead they get their feelings hurt and blame blame blame. (I would have no problem deleting a bad review. But not in the manor they try and blame the customer for their failures. I have a huge dealer network as I have been in this game for a long time. If they would have just called me things may have been different .
